Yay, Tammy! No Tommy!
Looking at the Florida county results, it looks like most of the remaining uncounted votes are in heavy blue areas. It’s getting exciting!
It’s over. Romney’s long odds road to winning is clearly not working.
Best wishes to President Obama.
BBC was saying that Romney has a lakeside home in New Hampshire and was sort of counting it as a home state too. So now he’s lost his home states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, plus Ryan’s home state of Wisconsin. Of course he’s going to take Utah though.
Obama, on the other hand, has won his home state of Illinois and will certainly take his birthplace of Kenya. Er, I mean Hawaii. And they’ve taken Biden’s home state of New Jersey. Good all around.
BBC just called New Mexico for the Dems. I’m proud of my former home.
ABC calls Wisconsin for Obama!
MSNBC has Romney at 52% in WI but have called it for Obama.
I am serenely confident (well, almost) that Obama will take Minnesota and Nevada. That said, he only needs two from the following: Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Iowa and Colorado. It doesn’t matter which two, any two will do. He takes IA and CO (along with MN and NV), he doesn’t need FL/OH/VA.
Romney’s paths to 270 are narrowing as we speak.
Karl Rove is on FNC acting like Romney is going to win Ohio.
147 to 158 closing up!
should bachmann lose her seat i may do a "scare the cats"dance.
HOly cow, just tuned into Faux. It’s like “can we start the wake yet?”
Is Fox News a mouthpiece for the GPO or is it the other way around?
BBC has called Minnesota for Obama.
I’m calling it. Obama wins Florida. The rest is irrelevant.
You heard it here. Some random guy on the internet calls the election before any of the major networks.
Yes, because it’s only 25% of the vote counted, and that’s from heavily Republican rural counties, not the densely populated and heavily Democratic urban counties. :smack:
I called it on Facebook for this very reason about 20 min. ago.
obama and biden will deliver all their home states, il, hi, de, and pa.
romney has lost his homes of mich, mass, and nh.
wisc. according to cnn may still be in play, because the big cities aren’t counted as yet.
The turd polishers must be frantic over at FoxNews.
I actually found Rove’s argument that Romney could win Ohio somewhat compelling. We’ll see how it turns out. I laughed at how the anchor was floored by all the “numbers” lol!
How many hours is Hawaii behind Pacific time? I mean, I wouldn’t ever not vote, but it has to be kind of discouraging to have the election all but called before the polls close.
Now MSNBC.com is showing no votes counted in Virginia. OK, everybody, back to the polls!
