The Overflowing Sweatshirt Closet MMP

Just found out from a coworker that money was stolen from desks this weekend. One guy lost $17 - who keeps that kind of money in a desk drawer??? The folks who replaced the floor tiles are suspected. Lesson learned - don’t leave cash in unlocked desk drawers. Um, DUH!!!

Wash and fold them, then put them in a plastic bag and in a box and store them away somewhere.

If you still want them the next time you open the box then you should keep them.

Today is not being a productive day. I feel like warmed over blurf covered in fog with a blurf on top.

Maybe something to eat will help, it’s lunch time already and I haven’t eaten a thing yet.

I still have to pick an insurance plan.

Maybe some lunch.

Off to the feed store.

2Gig, ouch.

Welcome to the MMP.

Your nickname shall be Tatum

Today is Oyster Scald day, and I think it means everyone in the office is outside in the COLD eating oysters or hot dogs. I brought a ham sammich, so I didn’t join the fun (ick) and since my engineer is out there, I can’t ask him some questions so I’m kinda stuck.

This is a non-productive day. Two anna half hours to go…

Wow 2Gig, glad you are okay.

I have purged all t-shirts given to me from volunteering at horse shows. Darn things are always unisex size so they never fit. I don’t wear hoodies so have none of those to purge. My town received over 10 inches of snow on Saturday. I stayed in and watched from the warmth and comfort of my living room.

There’s red velvet cake in the break room. A piece just found its way into my tummy. Tummy happy.

That is all.

Once again, I am jealous.
I want some cake, but not badly enough to go out and get some.

Just got back from the pubic store. we are having a pot luck here at irk tomorrow and I always furnish the soda as I don’t want to cook anything.:stuck_out_tongue:

Purposeful typo?

We’re chillin’ at the college until it’s time for the prayer meeting. We’ll leave a bit early so ekemom can get a copy of the service CD and try once again to get it on the website.

We had sandwiches, root beer, pretzels and Yorks for lunch.

yes Rosie. Channeling Swampy:p

rosie, have you never noticed that reference from those of us living in the south? (hint: this is the sto’ http://www.publix.com/ )

2gig. I’m glad that you’re ok!

I spent the morning putting out a big fire and now am lunching. Immediately after, I will be putting out the usual fires.

We got frost last night, so I went out a little early this morning to warm up the twuck.

I keep a few sweat shirts, but the tee shirts get out of hand if I don’t get rid of them religiously. My company gives everyone another every few months, even those of us who don’t wear them for irk. I just specify a really big one that I can wear for a night shirt or give to my dad. I used to collect coffee mugs when I was on the road in sales. When I moved the last time, I pared it down to two racks of my favorites.

I knew about Fud Kitteh, but not Pubic

Howdy Y’all! Moanday has been survived. YAY! One more to go. Dindin shall be beast stew and corn bread. I lurve bein’ able to yank out a container of stew, soup, or chili outta da freezer. Thaw, heat, 'n eat. As 'tis now only 57 Amurrkin out, 'tis a good night for beast stew.

gigity glad you’re alright. Sheesh!

rosie I can’t believe that in all the times I’ve posted about goin’ to the Pubic sto’ you hadn’t noticed.

Ii think the furnace may not last until Wednesday. It’s getting chilly in here and the noise is horrible.
Pizza for dinner, already ordered. It’s going to be hectic the next few days. The semester is winding down. He has a lot of writing, I have a lot of proofreading.

HOME!!!

Spousal unit doesn’t want supper, so I’ll throw together something for myself. Two more days, and I need to find out if we’re counted among the civilians who get 59 minutes on Weds or if that just applies to DOD civs.

**FCD **changed his mind about helping out at the Vet’s home - his back has been really bothering him, and spending several hours on his feet will be bad. So we’re just going to stay home on Thurs and veg. Dunno what we’ll eat, but it won’t be a traditional feast. I ain’t cooking. Maybe we’ll go out for Chinese?? Dunno.

Meanwhile, I’s tahred. Busy busy day, once Jason got his butt in gear.

Still hanging out at the school; I’ve been RPing and watching reviews at SFDebris.com. A few Star Trek episodes, and RoboCop. In a few minutes we’ll leave for our church prayer meeting.

Barbecue ribs (with Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce), onions, and potato gnocchi for dinner tonight. I have no idea how to cook gnocchi, but it’s on the package I assume.
