Howdy Y’all! Home from a very laaaaaaaaaarge an loooooooooooong deheathenization this mornin’. The place was packed! I got called into emergency ush duty to help the frazzled ushes on duty find seats and shoehorn people in pews. Plus I ended up callin’ someone into emergency ush duty to help out durin’ the Offertory and Communion. Herdin’ Whiskypalians and Luteruns is not for the faint of heart. 
N.O.L. consisted of leftovers from last night’s dindin. They have all been consumed.

We had a great day with my daughter and son-in-law yesterday. They came down in the morning and we drove down to the DOL/DMV to transfer title on my husband’s old Beemer to the kids. We were going to sell it, but just decided to give it to them.
Next the kids took us to breakfast. After that, we came back here, switched cars, so son-inl-law could drive my husband’s new Beemer and we drove down to Total Wine and More where much interesting booze was purchased. The son-in-law insisted on paying for our booze as a thank you. We told him that was our Christmas present.
After that, we came back here, watched a movie, sampled a couple of the new booze types, ordered a pizza and my daughter baked cookies for a cookie exchange she is attending today.
Later today, we will head up north to celebrate my son-in-laws 30th birthday. His birthday is actually Wednesday, but weeknights don’t work well for any of us. I’m sure we’ll have a great time today too.
Tomorrow, it back to the ol’ slave pit to slog through another day of meetings, spreadsheets and data calls.

Considering that most of the first and second Doctor have been lost to the vagaries of time and the snobbishness of the BBC (wankers), probably not. My dad has just about every episode of the original series on DVD–he ordered it from some catalog.

Hubby cooked pulled pork and turnip greens. Good stuff. Right now he is cooking two big Vermillion snappers with heads and eyes :eek: I won’t eat anything that that eyes.

We have spent most of the day cleaning and doing laundry. I even gave Lucky Louie a bath. Little stinker smells like aloe and oatmeal now.

I forgot to tell y’all about my cat Scooter, nothing but trouble that one. Yesterday she went missing around 4 PM. Bedtime still no cat. Woke at 0400 to use the bathroom and called her. Still no cat. So around 0430 I got up, dressed and started walking around calling her. I could hear her crying so followed the sound and found her locked in the downstairs enclosure room of my neighbor. I saw her through a window then wondered should I just open the door and let her out while trespassing in the middle of the night or wake the homeowner and ask permission to let her out. I decided to just open the door and let her out. Thank Og it was not locked. Nothing but trouble that one.
What was she trying to steal?
We, bein’ ever the gourmands, went to that place of epicurean delights known as Three Squares Diner. OYKW had a burger and fries. I had a ham 'n cheese omelette, toast, and grits. I lurves me some brekkie for dindin!

**Butters **- the bike is in amazing condition, and the previous owner put all kinds of fancy Harley doodads all over it - very $$$ doodads! The paint job is hideous, but apparently it was a special order for that year only, so for now **FCD **isn’t going to change it. He’s going to swap out a couple of things from new bike to his bike, then we’ll take a bunch of photos and put it up for sale. We won’t quite double our money, but we should pocket several thousands easily. Altho I doubt that it’ll sell before spring - it’s not exactly bike weather here right now.
Supper was yum. Cake later. I’ll try to save you a piece, but I make no promises… 
Ha Spidy. I was just lucky a cop wasn’t passing by and saw me with a flashlight in the middle of the night and stopped to check it out. In other parts of the country I could have been shot. Stoopid cat.
My earworm for this weekend has been The Beach Boy’s Sloop John B, and now it’s your’s.

I have a deck off my (2nd story) bedroom; in the summer I sleep out there on an air mattress. One night I went out to top it off; however, since there’s no lights out there, I had a flashlight. PD was sitting near-by & saw flashlight up high late at night & came investigatin’. Yup, I was suspiciously making the bed!
