The predict-how-the-series-will-end round-robin game

Rules are simple enough. Poster 1 names a television show currently on the air. Poster 2 responds with his or her vision of what should or will (or both) will happen in the show’s final episode (or story arc), assuming that the current season is the last, then names another show for the next poster to deal with. F’instance:

I might respond:

**What will happen: **
Ginger will somehow be swept away from the lagoon but will be rescued by a passing ship. The castaways will hear about her rescue but to their disappointment she will not be able to direct anyone to rescue the rest of them.

What should happen:
Ginger and Mary Ann both discover that they’re both pregnant by the Professor, who, in turn, reveals that he’s been deliberately keeping them on the island because, while he’s a lonely nerd in the United States, on this island he’s a stud. Skipper murders him in rage; he, Gilligan, and the Howells make their way back to Hawaii; and the girls join a tribe of lesbian Polynesian woman.

Be as serious or as silly as the mood strikes you. The only real rule is that only shows currently on the air are eligible.

And now for my first entry: E.R.

What should happen:
A nuclear warhead goes off with County General at ground zero so we don’t have to deal with this crap again.

What will happen:
A nuclear warhead will go off with county general being just outside the blast range so they can yet again have a massive disaster. A couple main characters will die trying to save some people, and at the end of the “arc”, which will last at least five episodes, the rest of the regulars will leave or find out they have cancer and retire.

Next entry: Prison Break

Surely, the exit of one of these characters will somehow involve a helicopter.
