Let’s say I put someone on my Ignore list. Do his/her posts just not show up when I read threads? What happens when the Ignored Poster is quoted in someone else’s post? Does the quote show up?

What happens when the Ignored Poster begins a new thread? Will it be invisible to me until someone else posts to it?

There’s a space that says “x is on your ignore list.” There’s also a link if you want to view the post anyway.

Yes.

What happens when the Ignored Poster begins a new thread? Will it be invisible to me until someone else posts to it?

No. You’ll see the thread, but you won’t get the tooltip popup preview.
