When the ignorered poster posts a thread you can still read the text of their titles. Any way you can fix that?
Nobody else is concerned about this? Or am I being ignored by everyone?
Anyone help me? I can only read the title. What’s he asking?
When an ignored poster posts in my thread, I read that the poster has made a post, but I see this link"To read what the poster has read, click here. . ." or something similar to that effect.
So, you can read what they wrote. It’s kind of like a spoiler. . . but no, you can’t rewrite nor change what they wrote without the help of a moderator.
Tripler
If they’re on your ignore list, just ignore them.
I think that is exactly what he is saying.
In other words, he has a poster on his Ignore List, the poster starts a new thread, and the thread’s title still shows up in his Forum view. Opening the thread will display the thread title, but hide the contents. Technically everything the ignored poster writes is not being blocked.
Whisper it, Mike, as I’m not sure they’re allowed, but it was meant as a joke…
I’ve wondered about this, too. If someone on my ignore list starts a thread, I’d rather not even know about it.
And I think you just got WHOOSHED. :smack:
Ouch - my first whooshing. Today I become a MAN!
Me too. Please, please can we have this?
That’s not an option, sorry.
I realize it’s asking a lot not to push that button (good thing for you it’s not the big red candy-like button, that would only make it worse), but if they bug you enough not to want to read what they have to say, gather up your fortitude and resolutely keep on keeping on.
