Interesting day. Backstory – we have been sending 5-12 pallets of packages to an address in Ohio for more than 9 months. Call it at least 2000 packages a day. Different apartment numbers but ---- I know that part of Ohio and I knew damn well that there wasn’t anything big enough in the county to have that many apartments. The COUNTY doesn’t have that many let alone one complex.
So since the weather was damn near perfect I took Bessie for a ride and by chance ended up in that area. No apartment building; just a small nondescript warehouse type building. And farms. And a gas station. Saw another Harley and a guy nearby (half mile or so) and stopped for a chat. Standard small talk and then sort of asked about that strange building basically in the middle of nothing. Basically its a mail drop like Mailboxes Etc except for packages. The reason for the odd apartment numbers is most companies won’t ship to a PO Box or anything like that. So this places gets the packages and redirects them through one shipping company or another to the actual address – mostly overseas and mostly Middle-East and India/Pakistan. Everything legal and aboveboard but it has been used at times for scams and semi-legal activities. When that has happened they have cooperated fully with the law. And since its basically the only employer nearby and handling like 40-80k packages a day and say 200 paychecks, they got community support.
I can’t wait for work tomorrow ---- a mystery of the Jungle has been solved. 
I’ll just have to be really discreet ----- I don’t think we’re allowed to be curious about things like this. :mad:

I was busy today but I couldn’t tell you what I’ve done.
I have to get up early to take the truck to the shop. There are some groceries that still need to be put away.
I’m tired.
I accomplished one major task. I hauled the biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig trash can all the way down to the road. What a chore! It was like makin’ a trip down to the mailbox which is located right next to where I set the biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig trash can. In other news, we have tboomers in the area. One can hope for rain overnight. TWPTB say we shall have rain tomorrow. We shall see.
And on that note I shall now retire to the boudoir for the night.

Went to fly the flag this evening; have just finished downloading everything & starting to work on the video now. 200 still images & almost 10GB of video. Ay caramba!
There was also a mishap on the way there, but I may just use that to start us out tomorrow.
