Poor Dahlia is a hot mess swigging cough syrup and popping pills. I never particularly liked Minnie Driver but I think she’s great on this show.
I don’t know if anyone remembers a few years ago when a woman was caught on videotape beating her daughter in a Kohl’s parking lot. It was on the news. They got the license plate and found the women and they were Travelers.

Periodically, our local news have reports on Travellers, how to identify them, and how not to get scammed by them. There was an expose locally some years ago that pinpointed a subdivision in the suburbs - interestingly, it was one of the McMansion 'burbs - where a fairly well-known (to police, anyway) Traveller family was based. Instead of RVs, they go about in capped pick-up trucks, and roofing has been the big scam for a couple years now.

I’m betting that Ken will off Dale. He’s sworn to protect DiDi and I think he’s very sincere. If he thinks Dale is going to hurt her, he’ll do what he can to prevent it. I didn’t like his character very much until this ep. Now I like him very much.
I also thought it was interesting to finally find out how he got so ‘touched in the head’.
Not if Dale beats him to death first.
Interesting thought, though he strikes me as being too incompetent. I don’t think he knows which end of the gun to load.

I totally missed it, too. But that would make sense. They probably don’t go rushing their kids off to the pediatrician the minute the get sick.
