Plans for post-dinner Saturday are coming along. Friday night we will try to schedule something in a restaurant/bar where under-21’s will be admitted. The Billdo Bagel Brunch will be on Sunday.
For those arriving Thursday night will be having a Korean dinner at Kum Gang San, 49 West 32nd Street. Details to follow.

I’ll be driving on Friday after work (around 6pm) from Glens Falls, NY which is about an hour north of Albany on the Northway (I-87).
I have a 7 passenger mini-van and will be bringing 1 non-doper with me which leaves me with 5 empty seats. If any Canadien, Vermont or upstate dopers want a fun ride, let me know.
We also need a small amount of floor space space to rest our weary heads.
This is my birthday dopefest (Jan 5th) and I really need some fun. I have been working alone in the office since February since my co-worker has been sick. I have not had a day off since then, I have even worked with pneumonia and a 102 degree fever for a week. I am sooooooo ready to party and cut loose.
Honey, I live about an hour south of Albany (I think on the other side of the river from you - I have to cross the Rip Van Winkle to get to I-87). Could we carpool?
That’s if I can go, mind. You’ll have to bump me back down to the “indecisive” section; my sister has just informed me that she’s giving me tickets to a Broadway show and taking me down to the City for an overnight as my birthday present. If the dates overlap, I shall be broken-hearted - so close to y’all, and yet so far away.

You can upgrade the Tee family to hangin’ out, at least for the dinner on Saturday, and stroller set activities.
For the stroller set, we could try the Children’s Museum http://www.cmom.org/ We went there with Aaron when he was about 7 months old. There’s lots to look at, even for the small people who can’t do much.
Sounds like fun, and Lord knows my Aaron loves looking at things.

Mrs. Cynical (nee Creant) and I will absolutely NOT be able to make it at all. We had hoped for HR to allow me the promotion I’m due (two more months before they’ll allow it), but since they have not, we can’t afford to make it, plain and simple.
