It takes forever to ‘find’ what you ask for, and usually you don’t find it anyway! Usually you just get 500 some topics that have nothing to do with what you are looking for! What a piece of programming disgrace of crap…
What brain-dead excuse for human DNA programmed that fucking thing? You’d get better returns with trained ants dragging letters down your phone line, for God’s sake!
I searched for Donald Trump and got Donald Duck, Ronald MacDonald, Old MacDonald, Ronald Reagan, and not a fucking thing about TRUMP! What the hell does this thing DO, match the first fucking thing it feels like and to hell with the rest? Does it throw darts at the list of topics and paste that in your browser?
A retarded two-year-old could write a better search engine using LOGO for the love of God! I could think up a better search algorithm after drinking myself into a coma! If they gave the damn thing a name it’d be “Shitcrawler.com”!
Man, it sucks.

I don’t have an evil side. Just a really, really apathetic one.
Goddam Sylence, you got much better results than I ever did. At least you got results that had some kind of relation to what you where searching for, tenuous as they were. The shit that comes up from my searches seem to have nothing to do with my search terms.
Just FYI, the powers that be are aware of the [understatement]problem and they are waiting on an update from UBB. There’s a thread in About this MB on that…

If I were beaned with a fastball, fling my limp, lifeless body to first, cause, dammit, I earned it!
Yeah right Pit. It is unreliable. One time it might work beautifully, the next time it gives you nothing related to what you asked for, and on really SPECIAL occasions it might list 200 threads or so but save itself some effort and give them all the same name. It blows.
Gee, Opal, I love when it does that. It’s like a search engine game show. I’m still waiting for Monty Hall to pop up and ask if I can guess what’s behind thread number 3. ZONK!
I don’t think I have EVER had any success with that search engine - even when I typed in the exact name of the thread I was looking for.
Say, Pit, what do you have, some search magic wand? Even the programmers can’t get the damn thing to work.
