Yeah, that’s not the problem. I mean, I do have multiple felons being fought most of the time, but it seems like Specific Felon A should be done and he needs another round. It might not be happening, but it seems like it is SOMETIMES.

Okay, this might be a stupid question, but…
What happens when you put a building/person into storage? Do they just pause the job they’re on (if a person) or their timer (if a building), or does it completely reset?
I am at the point where I need to go in and organize my town better, and I’d like to be able to stash buildings to get them out of the way while I redecorate, but I don’t want to completely reset all the timers.
If you store a person their task resets.
Apparently this is caused by exiting out of the game before the hero gets to the felon.
I got a weird, mundane bug. Of all the (hundreds?) of rainbow be-froed criminals I have squashed in the last few days, I got exactly two of the old-style regular criminals in my town.
Is there a trick to getting the cape, cuffs, and other craft items? I don’t seem to be getting very many - are there jobs I could be doing, or what?
Seems like the lock pick sets come from the Rainbow Fro dudes.
The Capes & Handcuffs seem to be coming from battling the Felons & the timed payout from the Justice Tower
I may be wrong - I’m not paying much attention when clicking everywhere.
If that’s the case it’s gonna be a looooong time before I can craft anything

As near as I can tell:
Lockpicks: Rainbow Fro Thugs, at random - seems to be about the same drop rate as the crystals. Thugs can drop both crystals and lockpicks.
Cuffs: Felons, only on final defeat, 1 per Felon.
Capes: Justice Tower, 1 per timed payout. (Note: Possible that the number given might go up as your tower levels up?)
Phones: From clicking on the phones on your friends’ towns. Seems to drop about 1 per town, so those with lots of friends will get a lot more.
Anyone have a correction to this?

I’ve leveled up the tower, no increase so far. Maybe every fifth level up or something. Keep you posted…
So basically to have a hope of getting everything you need to either spend doughnuts or log in religiously every four hours?
There’s 20 days left, so 60 capes and 40 hand-cuffs seem like the target for “plays consistently, but nothing crazy.” It looks like, in order to get one of each of the buildings, you need 45 capes and 35 handcuffs. Assuming you have the collector, it looks possible
I get 1 cape and 185 pies from my tower at level 15.
Does anyone have Bartman? Is it worth it? I know he can chase the convicts but other than that, does he generate pies?
He starts out with a long quest line (8 hrs, 12 hrs, not sure what’s next) that you can ignore, and he does have an 8 hr task that nets just 10 pies, like the Collector and Pie Man.
The capes seem impossible to get enough of.
No kidding. I think they only come when you beat a convict and from the Super Squad HQ. I’m rolling in phones though. I did just get enough to get the apartments. I built up my Springfield Mall area with added buildings so it looks like it has an outdoor mall component which I think looks pretty decent so I’m going to try the same thing with the botanical gardens and Zenith City items.
I sprung for the Batman skin. I’m going to hold off on his quest for now though but having one more character earning pies and chasing escaped cons in nice.
