The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I’m at 662,655,000 for the Heights. So I’ve done 300M in a week or two. I bought one of each upgradable buildings and plug away at it, building a replacement when it hits level five.

I never have enough pills or yoga mats.

I find I do ok with oscars and when I get low, I just send Bumblebee Man. It keeps from eating up all the good stuff and he earns twice as much as the other characters. I think with what I have left to build, I might be all set on ads.

I’ve completed the casino prizes. Now I’m grinding for donuts. Gotten 2 bonus boxes already and am close to my third. I’ve gotten extra spotlights and fountains and trees and plants, but I have to decide how many more of each. Just to keep in storage, hoping they can go to KrustyLand

Does anyone else have a problem with Milhouse? He’s being a little punk. I set everyone to go on a job for 12 or 24 hours and everyone goes. Except Milhouse. He sits there with his stupid grin and I have to send him personally on a job instead of through the unemployment office.

Does he have a task pending? Maybe in his Magic Act skin?

I’m having a problem with a Daily Task that won’t clear. It’s telling me to play slots, but when I do so, nothing happens to the task.

Maybe he does, I’ll have to check. Thanks for the suggestion.
Well I finished Act 3 last night. But since I never took Lisa off the collecting of chips from the casino I still have to finish the quests to get Homers House of Cards so hopefully I can get that done before the event ends.

I finished getting all the big stuff (need 2 more prizes) so I spent some time laying out my “Springfield Strip” last night. I am quite proud of it. It is actually not that intricate but it’s one of the few times I’ve been able to spend money freely on an area so it actually has plenty of land and stuff like specifically-placed fencing and shrubbery, as opposed to everywhere else in my town that is crammed together and random pieces placed around so I could get stars.

I’ve got a bunch of trinkets left over and nothing really to spend them on. And to think that in the beginning I thought the game was being stingy in rewarding them.

I wish there was a way to trade in blue chips (say at a 2:1 ratio or something) for red chips. I missed Lucias Sweet and there’s absolutely no way I’m paying 400 donuts for him.

Hello again fellow Springfieldians! I had stopped playing for a while but then started back just in time to miss the Monorail event. I’ve been playing daily again since. I have loved building my own casino strip. If anyone wants to add me as a neighbor, I still have some spots left. I’m mousecouture on there. I’m finished with Springfield Heights till they give us more stuff to do and I am in bonus chips for the Casino event. If you add request me, let me know who you are here too.

Well I checked and he and none of his costumes have any unfinished tasks. Oh well. He’s the only one it happens to so it’s no big deal.

Added. I’m 801Rhodes.

I’m superdudekev

After playing every single freakin’ day for over 3 years I’ve dropped out.
Please feel free to delete me to make room.

I’M A BILLIONAIRE, FINALLY

Just have to collect a bunch more mats and pills and lattes to fill up my storage. Woo hoo!

The thing that sucks is that even though you made it to a billionaire if you don’t get all the mats up to 200 the quest icons for each mat stay in the upper left corner with the character icons. It was bugging me so I spent a couple of days getting each one up to 200 to make them go away.

You got 1/3 of a billion in eight days? How many hours a day do you play?

A lot. I can keep my device open while I work. Plus it wasn’t constant. It was every 16 minutes for the pills. Even if it timed out, I’d get a notification pop up that would catch my eye. I wanted it done so I worked worked worked. It helps if you don’t have to use many awards and ads.

I’ve noticed something.

At Homers House of Cards if you choose the five cards in a single row you mostly win. I did 35 times in a row and only three were not winners. I did notice a lot of “3 of a kinds too”.

When I would just randomly pick cards between both rows the lose rate seemed to be about at least 30%.

The gambling is over, but still no level 60.

How many months has it been? I wonder if they’re running out of ideas and Tapped Out is soon to be Maxed Out.

Here’s a list of upcoming plot lines, which usually end up in the game somehow, even if only for a few days (I’ll put it in a spoiler just in case):

Smithers “dumps” Mr. Burns, and Homer sets him up with another man (reported to be Julio from “Three Gays of the Condo”

Yet another “two family members have a falling out, only for somebody else to show one of them how lucky they are to have the other one in his/her life” (this trope goes back at least to an I Love Lucy episode with Rock Hudson) episode; meanwhile, Bart gets a new accomplice for his pranks - Maggie

Flashback to when the Simpsons and Flanderses got lost in the Grand Canyon

Homer wants to take Marge to Paris, but he has to smuggle an exotic animal into France in order to afford it (aren’t Cesar and Ugolin premium characters?)

In the season finale, Marge goes to prison (“orange is the new yellow”) - I can see this being a lengthy game storyline, considering how many prisons/jails are already in the game), and of course the final “prize” will be “orange jumpsuit Marge”

A very mild warning. If your daily task is to ‘play casino games’, a 5x play only counts as one.
