Yep. I’ve currently got two business centers, two classic mansions, two modern mansions, and two deluxe condos in my Heights (among other things); all have a max of 10.
The aviation nerd in me (which, truth be told, is nearly *all *of me) is loving the Airport from this update. I hope I can grind out enough __________ to get all the airport expansion items before the event ends…
Geez this is a busy update. I like the airport so far but the Eifel Tower seems unnecessary. Then they have the Cletus the NFL robot update as well 'cuz SuperBowl as well as the flu storyline – which I think is great, btw, I’m laughing that they’re doing this – but now Homer has a bunch of 4 hour tasks for all of these to juggle through.
Anyone getting the Sailor Kumiko skin? She looks pretty cute in it.
So, I’ve been playing this thing for two months and did not know that the store had a screen that broke purchases down into categories. Appreciate it - now I see how to do this. Thanks for the advice. 
I’m still not seeing that in Android. Three categories for purchases, but just characters, buildings, and decorations.
Right next top the icons for those three categories there is a little arrow- more a greater than symbol really- next to the house icon. Click that to see the categories.
I play on both my phone and the kindle so i double checked on the phone. It’s definitely there.
That’s what I was missing - it’s this little yellow arrow right next to the building icon.
Nice to see some friend activity besides the two/three people who regularly stop by my Springfield.

They replenish automatically every 20 minutes.
I did, because I missed getting Kumiko when she came out and really just wanted her.
The skin is odd because of the super-long ponytails. It does come with a one hour “pose for photos” task that is appropriate, but very silly.
How can 102% of the population be infected with the Osaka virus?
Well I’m no Mathamagician but I think they took 100% and then just carried the 2.

Other than the reference, I don’t see the point of the Osaka flu part of the event. It feels like it needed to bring back the collaborative prizes EA used to do during events.
Hey hey! I just bought Barney’s Bowl-o-rama! I grounded out 250 donuts between the Rail Yard and Maggie. Biggest purchase I’ve ever made!
I did read ahead of time to figure out the value of the 250-donut character. And the guides did point out that it’s the least bang for your donut dollar. But IMHO he is the most well known character that is relegated to the donut store.

I waited for a sale to buy him and while I’m glad I did and I saved 20% or so, man, he is super pricey. No regrets, but it was an ouch. Not as much now because I saved up more donuts…
I’m not hating this event, which is nice. I’m not QUITE bored by it. But it is long on the heels of a long one on the heels of a long one on the heels… etc etc.
My favorite small detail is that there are several nice trees available to craft to level up. I don’t mind crafting a dozen each of those.

Yes, 5 per week, by completing the build tasks
Yeah and it’s super more easy than it used to be. It refreshes every Tuesday and I can usually get my 5 donuts by Friday, if not Thursday.
