The Simpsons - The Complete First Season

Finally I have a reason to buy a DVD player. Heck yeah I’m getting it.
I pre-ordered it about a month ago.
I certainly hope that this trend continues with other shows. Season-by-season compilations are perfect for the DVD format. (I’m waiting desperately for the Star Trek people to figure it out!)

I’ve had mine pre ordered since July 24th, the day amazon.com listed it for sale 
I’m going to get it, like a good little simpsons fan.
But, truth be told, I’m not that hyped about it. When seasons 3, 4, and 5 come out is when I’m really going to be excited. The really early seasons just aren’t as funny.
I had better, huh?! But I’d have to agree with mouthbreather, I much prefer the later Homercentric years to the earlier Bartcentric years.
Paramount is supposed to “make it so” early in 2002.
I wonder if they do the same with Beavis and Butt-Head?
I’d consider buying it but only if they include the original videos that B & B ripped on.
