Don’t know if it’s happening to anyone else, but since last night the SDMB banner is on top of EVERY thread, which is not just highly annoying – not like I don’t know where I am – but also makes it difficult to read the thread titles themselves.
So, has the banner Gone Wild? And if so, when can we expect for it to be tamed?
On second look (I’m actually trying to get into the threads ASAP in order to avoid the royal/maize eyesore), the Gone Wild Banners are all shifted to the right of the screen and they are HUGE.

Well, your query led me to open Explorer for the first time in probably the past six months (gag!) since I’d already tried logging-out and back through my trusty Firefox…and wadda you know? It appears it’s Fox that’s making the banner go nuts and clone itself endlessly.
Still. Bizarre.
PS-Running W7 on all three of my puters. Same problem on all.
I’m confused. The Banner is supposed to be on top of every thread. But it isn’t supposed to scroll to the right.
Try completely refreshing with CTRL-F5. Maybe the CSS is messed up.
I’m on Firefox on Linux, and it’s normal for me. About 1 inch tall on my screen.
Like I said, bizarre. Will try your suggestion.
Back to normal. Not sure how, but enough to ask for the thread closing.
