Season 2 starts tonight on FX with a 90 minute episode.
I’m not exactly sure that I was thinking would happen to the blind children, but that was worse. Kelly becoming on the “the Chosen” wasn’t a surprise, but Setrakian allying with the other Ancients was. Except they’re more co-belligerents, not allies. The feeding scene was a nice reminder of that. Has the epidemic managed to spread beyond Manhattan yet? We know vampires can’t cross water under their own power, but at the same time infected people have anywhere from a few hours to a few days of being themselves. Surely some managed to make it back to their homes in the Outer Boroughs or NJ before the aversion to crossing water kicks in.
I’m glad they are going away from the goofy ass looking main vampire and putting him into a different body. That almost ruined the show for me in season 1.
So apparently Setrakian and Palmer go way back. And it now that Ephraim is performing Mengele-esque experiments the Master as a Mengele of his own apparently.
At least Palmer’s not as naïve as he seemed; he has a contingency plan for backing out of his deal with The Master. And we finally got an explanation as to why Setrakian is in such good health for his age.
Well it looks like Eichhorst has fallen out the Master’s favor.
That was awesome!
Just caught up now and four words: Zach. Has. To. Go.
Otherwise, some really terrific developments, even if the logic or consistency is a little off. Some nice power plays and counter moves and I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next.
Will Eph grow his hair back now that his side gig in Ant Man is done?
