Today was pretty warm, and the temp will drop 25 degrees by midnight.:eek: so a high of 87 or so, and tomorrows high will be in the low sixties. I am loving it.

Up early to take mouse to mousepital. Fingers crossed that she’s ok, anaesthetic is risky for tiny mouses. It’s a charity vet- they do very cheap pet care for po’ people like what I am, if anyone was wondering why I’m splurging on mouse surgery when I’m freaking out about money…
Nuts, appendages crossed for l’il mousie. Nobody every wonders why money is spent on critters, it just is. It’s part of being responsible.

If there is/was any angst about pirated photos, those that I steal go no further than the wallpaper folder on my computer. it may seem minor, but photo rights are a very big side issue on a different board where I hang out.

It’s so gloriously cool out this morning!! The house is open to welcome in the low 60s! Probably the last before summer hits with a vengeance, alas… We did get a nice rain yesterday that stopped our pergola work but gave my gardens a drink, so yay for that!
Goofy sis arrives tonight with my defiled car and her 3 dogs. It’ll be an interesting evening…
Before her arrival, we’ll finish the benches and (I hope) reinforce a few of the major joints on the structure that **FCD **is fretting about. Some general tidying also, tho she’ll never notice - her house is a fright!
