Yeah, trying to see the downside here. Trump could be replaced by a random adolescent boy’s crusty tube sock, and it would be a marked improvement (both in ability and genetics).
Agreed, and yet they (HuffPost) say that like it’s a bad thing.

I find it hilarious that the RNC couldn’t get Caribou Barbie out of her binge cough retirement to be a speaker. Four years ago she was whoring herself out to Trump, did Palin finally grow a conscience?? Naaaah.
What is she up to these days, anyway? She totally fell off the face of the earth. Not that I’m complaining…

Individual 1 had his brother’s funeral at the White House. After the funeral was over, a group of the mourners, still carrying the funeral programs, went to a high end restaurant in Washington and were refused service because the restaurant was full and was social distancing. One of the mourners, currently unnamed, punched a waiter in the face and broke his nose.
MSNBC and CNN say that they will provide extensive coverage of the RNC, despite the fact that FoxNews apparently showed none of the DNC. Given the sacrifice involved by those educated people of good will who are willing to put in time watching the Convention of the Deplorables, it’s only fair that the RNC balloon drop maximize entertainment value.
So, why not half COVID viruses, and half Trump-the-Baby balloons?
I was going to propose a drinking game for those watching:
Take a drink/shot every time “Wuhan Virus” or “China Virus” gets mentioned.
Drink for every reference to “Cheating Hillary/Clinton”.
Drink for every time Obama is blamed for the current events.
Drink for every mention of Antifa.
Drink for every mention of BLM.
Bathroom breaks for “George Soros”.
Oh Christ, even if it was for every 10th mention, we’d all be passed out by half time.
Good rules, but I’d replace Soros with Jeff Bezos. Trump has particular ire for Bezos because he owns the Washington Post. Also, it seems that the right wing has realized that Soros (who’s now 90 years old) may not be around much longer. It looks like it’s going to be a contest between Bezos and Bill Gates over who the new Soros is going to be.

Postal service employees are reporting that delayed food packages are being left to rot in postal service warehouses, drawing insects and rodents.
Fox News released a list of speakers at the Republican Convention. Of the 12 speakers listed, six are Trumps. And only one person of color.
