Good analysis and I agree. Lots of talking heads have commented on Durham’s reputation as a solid, straightforward U. S. attorney. The resignation of his top aide, Nora Dannehy, about a month ago can’t have helped. It may even have been the final nail in the coffin for this caper. She is now available to speak freely about what was going on behind the scenes in the way of pressure by Barr and Trump.
