Yes, as long as its a crime against the U.S.
As far as I know, anyone can receive a pardon for a federal crime. But some of the investigations are by the Manhattan District Attorney. and Trump would not be able to pardon non-federal charges.

I’d go with “Hitler too calm and rational” to substitute for Trump. Also not orange enough. But the Downfall scenario is really incredibly appropriate otherwise!
