Sturgeon has only to gain, politically, from taking a hard line on Trump. He’s only got two weeks in office, so she doesn’t have to worry about American economic retaliation too much. Her constituents hate him. And she doesn’t have to worry about embarrassing the UK Tory administration by being undiplomatic since her constituents don’t like them either. It’s win-win-win all the way down
“Retaliation”? Hell, if she takes trump down, she should get the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
And, as an extra added bonus, the vast majority of the rest of the world would cheer her on!
Maybe Biden can send Scotland one of the cages we won’t be using any more.

Once again, Trump has demonstrated how addled his brain has become. He believes that he awarded the “Medal of Presidential Freedom”.
Trump is only allowed to stay there for 21 days in a year. Not in a row, 21 days IN TOTAL for a year. I believe this rule was ignored while he was president, but come Jan 21 when he’s a nobody, he will have his ass evicted on Day 22.
Maybe he’s blind, and was raised by black parents who have never actually told him he’s white?
Not to beat this to death, but I’d like to see anyone attempt to enforce this. It was some kind of community agreement, right? Like a contract? Not a law (not that it would make any difference to him). We know how he deals with contracts: (1) ignores them and/or (2) sues. When all else fails, he buys someone off.

I find it hard to believe this will be enforced. Most likely they will say “get out” and he will say “make me” and then it will start a long slog through the courts until the neighbors give up.

Does Scotland honor international arrest warrants? As soon as The Day and Hour strikes, if Trump is in Scotland, they can arrest him and deport him to Iran.

Well, I thought they got it written into the local zoning laws. For example, Trump wanted to build a dock there but they wouldn’t let him because of the zoning rules.
