The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making Part Deux (Part 1)

In general, yes, but I love hearing about his futile tantrums, raging about things he is powerless to do anything about. Hearing about his tantrums after being banned from Twitter was like delightful music to my ears.

He’s never been important. But… shit, I think watching him throw tantrums and break cheap fake-gold furniture would be priceless. I’m hoping for a hidden camera show.

He was President of the United States. As much as we all hated to admit it, he was important. Now he’s not, and he’s not.

Hey, I agree he’s NOT important at all.

But all his die-hard fans will get to see him break down, causing some to rethink their idiocy while others blame democrats for making him sad.

Look at it this way-- this guy inherited money, was a business and real estate failure, the NFL turns him down, the USFL goes bye-bye, no American banks are lending him money… and this is all before 1995. Showing his tantrums might be the best thing to help prove to the orange sheep that he’s always been a fraud. And a loser. And never an important guy with an important opinion.

But his die hard fans aren’t reading Business Insider. They’re over on OANN reading about how Pelosi has been arrested and Seattle has burned to the ground.

We still have 680 posts to go to hit the auto-lock, so quit complaining about us complaining about him.

I’m not complaining about us complaining about him. I’m complaining about legit publications giving us reasons to keep complaining about him.

679!

In the interest of filler posts: does the auto-lock at 10K posts included deleted posts? According to the slider, my post will be #9322. But if you look at the link, it’s actually 9333. The end might be closer than we think.

Republicans continue to suck Trump’s cock

There is no justice. America is doomed.

It was never a likely thing that impeachment would go anywhere.

But, since he is now out of office, all of the criminal indictments can start, as he is no longer protected by his position.

The trial in the Senate may be able to compel evidence and testimony that may be difficult for state or even DOJ to compel. This evidence may be useable in those cases as well.

Yes. That’s exactly what they want, if a Republican is involved.

But the impeachment process should still proceed. The Trump-supporting Republicans need to be forced to own their support for Trump by voting to acquit him.

As you say, the Senate trial may reveal evidence that can be used in other charges. And furthermore, the more appalling stuff that continues to come out about Trump and the coup attempt, the more the Republicans who are still kissing his antidemocracy ass will have that hung around their necks like an albatross.

I agree completely. I am just saying that the chances of an actual conviction in the Senate are pretty much non-existent.

However, I do think that there are a number of reasons to go through with it, as I said, it bring to light evidence more against him, and as you said, it forces Republicans to implicitly condone his actions.

THAT’S what I’m hoping for. Hopefully that’ll have more long-term benefits than even a conviction would.

The advantage of having the trial is the opportunity to get Trump testifying under oath. Multiple perjury charges will almost certainly follow.

Right on q

They have filed a motion in some court to enjoin Joe the President from signing any more EOs, expecting that ShitGibbon will be “restored” to office on March 4th.

Is there an entry in the DSM for SovCit?

Look under megalomania and delusions of adequacy.

His main cry for 4 years was “Fake News!”

Now, pretty much everything he does is no longer newsworthy so it should not be reported, as it would actually be “Fake News”.

Sadly, I don’t think this is so. He was in the position when he committed the crimes.

If malfeasance can be shown, it is a sorry-ass dysfunctional system that can do nothing about it.
