She was interviewed tonight on Chris Matthews. She’s even more impressive in person. Extremely well spoken and (not surprisingly) cool under pressure.
I think she’ll beat Carter.
There are several young veteran Dems running this year, and yes, they all know that the key to a win is to run their own races locally.
Heard a Republican strategist pundit tonight say that as many as 100 seats are in play, all favoring Dems. Music to my ears.

I almost want to move to Texas to vote for that candidate. Since she’s in a deeply red district she probably doesn’t have a chance but boy would I like to see her in Congress!
