Trump is so thin skinned, and this criticism so strong, that he should be in full on Twitter tantrum mode now. Has there been a single tweet yet lashing out at the deep state for undermining him? If not, it sounds like his people have hidden his phone. They may realize how dangerous his place is and that it will take a concerted effort to fix. They can’t keep his phone forever, sooner or later Trump will derail their plans.
They’re just waiting for Fox to tell them what to say.

I just went to the Fox News site and the only 2 people that seemed to be okay with Trump were Hannity (no surprise) and Rand Paul (big surprise).

Nah, Rand Paul is no big surprise, really. He tends to take the view that America should have no world enemies and that we should just bring our entire military home and let other people patrol the seas, and if Russia or China invade half a continent, well, it’s not necessarily our job to stop them.

Incidentally, am I the only one who gets the impression that CFSG has been hitting the fake ‘n’ bake a little too much? Not only is the color getting worse (didn’t think that would be possible), but the pale area around his eyes where the UV goggles sit is getting more pronounced. Makes him look even more like a deer caught in the headlights.
Exactly wrong. We should have been nicer. Not “idiotic things”, just say that these are novel and original ideas that require study. If our economy burns up, falls over and sinks in the swamp, that may be evidence we can consider as we move forward.
