The Trump Administration: A Clusterfuck in the Making

Unfair! Cried the little man baby who never actually worked a day in his life.

He’s going to scream and cry for so long that eventually someone will probably arrange to give him a Nobel. Maybe it could be for holding a grudge the longest.

Maybe they can give him a Nobel Participation Prize. He could use a Sharpie to cross out ‘Participation’ so that he can say he received the Nobel Prize.

Oh, wait… He’d actually have to participate.

Scene I’d like to see in 2021:

  1. Trump sees a news report about President Warren being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

  2. Trump throws a tantrum and starts screaming and throwing things at the TV.

  3. Trump loses his prison TV lounge privileges.

Hey, I’m sure Trump will release the transcript right after he releases his tax returns. That was a campaign promise and he’s kept more promises than he’s made!

Nobel Reparation Prize?

Why doesn’t he just use the crack team of investigators he sent to Hawaii?

Apparently, the UN air conditioning works like a charm

Detail view.

Are any Liberals still deluded enough to believe that Trump will ever be held accountable for his crimes? Come 2021 when a Democrat gets in the White House again it’s going to be the same “Need to look forward not past” BS again. Then in 2029 when Trump’s heart explodes from the decades of devouring McDonald’s. Trump will be rehabilitated in the media and anyone who objects will be told about the need for “decorum” and while Trump was flawed he was still better than President Tom Cotton.

… and also in the last two weeks. (I’ve been busy. I’m somewhat less busy now.)

“Hello, Daddy!”

So apparently she is both human and mammalian. Good to know, I wonder about that family sometimes.

Otherwise, how is it relevant the the general clusterfuckery of the administration?

{Insert Very big HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY Face Here.}

I’ve a Canadian friend who said, in all seriousness, to me, “Well, Trump’s trying to keep his campaign promises, so that’s a good thing”.

No, it’s not! Keeping horrible promises is, in fact, also a horrible thing.

Reminds me of a line in a Law & Order episode, where someone got out of jail and went to a parking garage to retrieve a car that had been parked there for years. The attendant said, “This ticket is six years old”. (I don’t recall the age of the ticket.) The ex-con’s response was, “I’ve been busy!”

That was Luther in 48 Hrs.

I thought the same thing. She’s a woman, she has nipples, can we just move on…

… from middle school?

Nursery school.

CMC fnord!

I wonder if this is true? Will it make a difference?

My bold.

“Outside advisers” = “Fox News” doesn’t it?

No, it will make no difference at all.

There could be an unambiguous video recording, (complete with notarized statements of authenticity from 6 respected witnesses) of Trump threatening Zelensky and saying “You won’t get a damned penny of aid until you manage to cook something up to get Biden! I don’t care what you have to do, or who you have to pay off! Just do it!”

Even that would not shift the needle. Trump is a crime boss. Republicans know it. They like it. They approve of it.

I am going to have faith that this is finally the tipping point. Finally, at long last, the tipping point.

I keep thinking of all those people who say that many Trump supporters are actually decent people. They are our co-workers. They are our friends from school years ago. They are “everyday” people with different backgrounds and beliefs than mine.

Here is yet another opportunity to prove that what critics think and say about “deplorables” is not true. Not who they really are. Let us see what happens.
