MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle is reporting that there were only three people with Trump when he congratulated Putin: Kelly, McMaster, and McMaster aide Nadia Schadlow. Kelly is reportedly furious about whoever leaked the story of the phone call, so either it was McMaster or his aide, or Kelly did it himself to try to get rid of McMaster.
Interesting. Trump mentions tariffs and the stock market takes a shit. Wonder how many trump family members figured out that knowing when the POTardUS is about to make statements that will tank the market and act accordingly.

I may be wrong, but I think the leak that Kelly was furious about wasn’t that Trump congratulated Putin, but that he had received a briefing telling him not to congratulate in CAPITAL LETTERS which he ignored.
Or anyone those people mentioned it to, including big-mouth Trump. Or any intelligence service that was listening.
Especially humorous to think it might be an intelligence agency leaking it to sow discord among the participants.
