“Tshisekedi” is quite trivial to pronounce, even in my very British accent. I guess it helps that I live in South Africa, so I have absorbed local accents.
Trump is just a twit who is too proud to call in a junior functionary of the South African Embassy to give him a roughly 2 minute training in a single word.
I guess he could also ask the Congolese, the Zambians, the Angolans, the Zimbabweans, the Mozambiquans. We all pronounce the word the same.

To be honest, given the large Nigerian population in South Africa, of both legal and questionable legality, in my experience they speak better English than Trump.
I have on occasion attempted to talk in French, which is for both of us a third language, but often my own French that falters.
