Rupar has several clips of that Dakota speech. Donald is hanging on to the podium as if it’s the only thing holding him up. His voice is hesitant, slow, with lots of slurring. The people at the rally are utterly silent.
Whatever they dose him with for the Big Events, they did not employ for this particular speech.

More just the tone. Starting his cadence way up here with a sort of delicate introduction and then moving away down low in the belly to market the big point. I’m just waiting for him to reach for a box of donuts and roll off the stage while he shoves one in his mouth whole.
