The Trump Administration: The Clusterfuck Continues (Part 2)

“Virtually everyone liked Lindsey. Well, not everybody. But it sounds good. I have to be honest. I have to veer from this for a second.”

“Our nation needs more men and women like that great person, sitting, laying, wherever he may be. I think I know where he is.”

“It was Lindsey who had the last laugh because while I blew up his phone for one day… Lindsey did not stop calling me for the next ten years. It was not easy.”

Recently, he’s been trying to resurrect the communist scare tactics of the 50s. I read this as utter desperation on his part to try to derail the mid-terms. Once the elections are over, win or lose, we’ll likely never hear the word again.

I honestly don’t care whether he gets into Heaven or not. I just hope he goes wherever he’s going soon.

Regardless of his mental state he clearly isn’t Presidenting in the usual sense of the word. For me this is a blessing but the MAGAts should be up in arms if they’d put any thought behind it.

Just like “caravans.” (My bolding in the quote.)

Can someone take one for the Teemings? I cannot find it now, but sometime a day ago, I’m sure I saw the felon’s blather about a highway in Morocco being named after him. The convict’s rambling seemed like a Dumb and Dumber parody of Rainman. My thanks to anyone who can find it or, the universe forbid, must transcribe it from one of his video posts.

Could this be it? I found this on HuffPost and it includes a description of the video that he evidently posted on truth social.

Trump shared a clip saying that a $1 billion, nearly 655-mile expressway linking the city of Tiznit to Dakhla, located in the Moroccan-occupied territory of Western Sahara, is now the “Donald J. Trump Highway.”

“What does a road really connect? Two places? Perhaps. But the roads that shape history connect something far greater,” begins a narrator in a dramatic voiceover attached to a clip featuring shots of roadways and desert landscape.

The narrator goes on to praise the “visionary leadership” of Mohammed VI, the king of Morocco, and the “historic courage” of Trump before declaring that there’s a “new era” in the “Moroccan Sahara.”

Apparently Morocco has not commented on this or made any public statement. I typed “Trump Morocco” into Google News and got what look like a dozen or so articles. Mostly from African and Middle Eastern news outlets that I am unfamiliar with and cannot vouch for the veracity of.

That article contains this Trump quote: Trump wrote in a caption alongside the clip, “Such a Great Honor! I look forward to traveling the entire length of this Great Highway someday, hopefully soon!”

We’re all hoping that his limo doesn’t stop when it hits the water’s edge.

Thanks to both of you. Here is where I saw it. I love the headline.

I, for one, fully encourage Trump to go for a 700-mile drive through the middle of the Sahara in a disputed territory that’s been stuck in a slow-motion civil war for 70 years.

Deportee and self-deportee spouse found dead next to their alive one-year old in Guatemala field.

Take a wild guess on why the husband fled Guatemal in the first place.

War criminal Hegseth has a new bauble assistant. (The bolding is mine; the trivialization of heroism is the war criminal’s.)

We had a TACO Tuesday!

I certainly don’t expect the Bigot-in-Chief to tone down his xenophonic rhetoric, especially as we’re getting closer to the mid-term election. What I expect is for him, yet again without evidence, to blame SCOTUS for yet another of his failures.

And why do you think he wasn’t able to carry through on a campaign platform? Of course it’s because he’s too focused on his own issues.

Nah, the BiC’s hateful rhetoric had nothing to do with this. Of course it didn’t.

I’'d be fine with it breaking down in the middle of the desert.

:sob:

And miss that tremendous splash when the 20,000 pound Beast hits the water?

If it goes into the water, watch for Olympians to be indicted for the damage to the sea floor.

Turns out that murdering a bunch of fishermen on the high seas DIDN’T stop the flow of cocaine into the US.

I’m now convinced the card game War is the whole reason why they want to rename the Department of Defense. The game requires exactly zero skill, and barely much more than that in the way of thought. That’s them in a nutshell.

I thought about doing another entry of The Poetry of Donald J. Trump using his bizarre asides in his eulogy for graham, but he didn’t veer off the prepared text enough times or long enough to make it worthwhile.

That’s pretty much the war on drugs in a nutshell. Even if they intercept a few shipments measured in tons it really doesn’t staunch the flow of drugs into the country.
