Yeah, if you look at that photo of him in the suit pants, there’s a lot of padding/stuffing going on in the front. It looks like 8 layers of Depends.

To be fair, the Israel/Iran ceasefire has been holding pretty well. The US/Iran ceasefire, less so.
He didn’t thank us for our attention to this matter. His argument is invalid.

How Trumpian.
(I was going to say Orwellian but it occurs to me the two words are basically interchangeable at this point.)
Orwellian has fewer Radomized CAPTIALIZATIONS!

I don’t know about renaming the whole ocean, but the Great Pacific Garbage Patch could use a snappier name.
I mean, it is already in the doldrums, why not name it the Trump Dump? A dull, polluted body that aimlessly circles around with no end in sight.

Now the dictator-loving wannabe dictator wants Ukraine to replace their president.
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said Saturday it was time for Ukraine to get a new president, suggesting Volodymyr Zelenskyy has not done enough to end his country’s war with Russia and blaming him for high diesel prices in the U.S.
“I suggest they get a new leader who can make a deal because he could have made many deals and for some reason he never does,” Trump said.
The president, who on Friday struck a deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin to buy diesel from Russia in an attempt to address high fuel prices ahead of the U.S. midterm elections, has been urging Zelenskyy for weeks to stop strikes on Russian energy infrastructure . He has also sought to blame record U.S. diesel prices on Ukraine rather than the U.S.-led war in Iran, which has elevated world energy prices.
“He wants to make problems for the world. He wants to make problems for our farmers, our ranchers, with diesel fuel,” Trump said, before departing for Tennessee where he was set to rally Republican voters.
Ukrainian and European officials on Saturday reacted to Trump’s diesel deal with dismay, saying it will help pay for Russia’s war efforts. Diesel prices have skyrocketed due to a collision of events , including the difficulty of getting oil out of the Middle East since the start of the Iran war, which has raised the price of all oil products.
War criminal Petey caught fiddling with the numbers.
The Pentagon acknowledged late Friday that the number of troops who have died in the Middle East during its operations against Iran is higher than previously reported, and updated the official count to include two more noncombat deaths.
The Washington Post exclusively reported last month, based on information from six U.S. officials, that the numbers of service members lost was greater than what the Pentagon was reporting in its official, public database, known as the Defense Casualty Analysis System, or DCAS.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth at the time called that reporting “a complete lie” in a social media post. However, late Friday, the Pentagon raised the figure publicly reported in DCAS to include additional deaths.
As of Friday, the total troop deaths the administration is connecting to operations against Iran and officially reporting in DCAS stands at 21.
That figure includes two additional noncombat deaths: Maj. Sorffly Davius, 46, an Army National Guard member who died in Kuwait on March 6, and an unidentified Navy suicide that occurred in September, according to a U.S. official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to provide additional context on the troop deaths.
In addition, 865 service members have been wounded, according to updated data in DCAS.
The military also acknowledged one additional soldier’s training accident death that it said was not tied to ongoing operations against Iran.
Petey’s bloodlust is not being received well by the pubbies.
Washington — The revelation that the Pentagon plans to livestream the execution by firing squad of Nidal Hasan, the ex-Army major convicted of killing 13 people at Fort Hood in 2009, has sparked intense pushback, with one Republican senator calling it “disgusting” and critics warning it could inspire more acts of terrorism.
On Thursday, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth confirmed CBS News’ reporting that the Dec. 3 execution will be livestreamed. Hegseth told Real America’s Voice the execution would be public “because people need to understand that there’s serious consequences for these types of things.” Chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said that Hegseth recommended, and President Trump approved, a plan to use an Army firing squad.
“Death penalty through firing squad, and he deserves it,” Mr. Trump said during an unrelated White House event on Friday.
In an interview Friday night in Syracuse, New York, with WSTM-TV, President Trump said he “wasn’t involved in that decision” to livestream the execution, “but I understand that decision.”
“I guess they want to have it serve as an example, and I understand that very well,” the president added.
Republican Sen. Thom Tillis, who is retiring, called the decision “beyond disgusting.” Tillis voted to confirm Hegseth, but is now expressing his regret in doing so.
“Hasan should face the death penalty, but making his execution public and streaming it? Beyond disgusting,” Tillis wrote on X . “Public executions are what oppressive dictatorships like Iran and Afghanistan do. It should not be happening in America.”
Republican Rep. Austin Scott of Georgia wrote on X , “I absolutely support the sentence of death, but live-streaming executions is what jihadists do. America is better than that.”

The felon ordered to help retrieve man he sent to a concentration camp overseas.
The Trump administration must work to return a man deported to Equatorial Guinea — despite his having no ties to the country — after he faced “abuse, beatings, and recurring threats,” a federal judge ruled.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) violated the due process clause of the Constitution when it sent the man referred to as A.M.A.S. to the central African country “without notice or any opportunity to raise a fear-based claim,” U.S. District Judge John C. Hinderaker wrote in a 22-page order .
A.M.A.S. was identified by Arizona Rep. Adelita Grijalva as 30-year-old Ahmed Soliman, an Arizona resident who had lived in the U.S. since he was 4 years old.
Soliman, an Egyptian native, arrived in the United States in 1998 and became a legal permanent resident in 2021. In the fall of 2023, he was convicted of assault and drug possession and sentenced to prison and probation.

The warmongering peace prize seeker might up his count to nine.
A strike on Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport on Saturday killed at least 12 people and wounded another 309, according to Saudi authorities. An American was among the victims. Although the Iran-backed Houthis have not yet claimed responsibility for Saturday’s strike, the Houthis did say they were behind a previous strike Thursday on the same airport that killed three Saudi citizens.President Trump on Saturday left open the possibility the U.S. will join Saudi Arabia’s battle against the Houthis. “We may. We’re gonna look at it,” Mr. Trump said. Fighting between the Iranian proxy group and Saudi-backed forces in Yemen appears to be the new epicenter of the wider war .
DOJ lawyer sanctioned.
A federal judge in Arizona has sanctioned an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for making a “factually baseless” accusation against an attorney representing an Iranian immigrant detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
In a 16-page order on Friday, U.S. District Judge Diane J. Humetewa, a Barack Obama appointee, issued sua sponte sanctions after directing the DOJ to account for statements made about the immigration attorney “likely” lying to ICE agents during a deportation attempt.
The order is intended as remedial discipline because those allegations amounted to “factual contentions” lacking “evidentiary support.”
There’s a new game in town, thanks to Canada.
It’s no surprise that Donald Trump’s comments about Canada have upset people north of the border. From musing about making Canada the 51st state, to the ongoing trade war, to renaming “Lake Ontario” to “Lake America,” the president hasn’t been shy about facing off against Canada.
While many Canadians take issue with the president’s rhetoric, it’s become a source of creative inspiration for a group of Ontario teenagers who’ve created a new board game inspired by Trump’s second term in office. The name of the game? American Dictator .
Here is the description from Board Game Geek.
Take Control of the Pentagon!
Twenty American cities are up for grabs.
Control as many as you can.
Send in the National Guard.
Put your opponents On ICE.
The last one standing is the winner!
Questionable Decisions?
Sometimes you make bad decisions.
Your supporters will love you even more!
The goal of playing American Dictator is to seek to buy and take over American cities where a golf course, resort or tower could be built. A player who lands in another player’s city has to pay rent or can try to steal that city.
Resembling Monopoly , American Dictator has special spaces where players can trap competitors in an U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facility, use a Supreme Court justice to bend the game’s rules, or go to a casino to gamble for more money. Players must also draw cards from a deck of questionable decisions and pay a fine to others.
The felon really does hate Blacks having rights.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development is examining whether the bank’s programs aimed at helping minority homebuyers violated federal fair-housing laws.
The Trump Administration is looking to investigate Wells Fargo regarding programs and commitments the longtime bank has made to increase homeownership for Black Americans .
Per a report from the Wall Street Journal , the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) sent Wells Fargo CEO Charlie Scharf a letter stating that it would examine whether the bank violated fair-lending laws in its programs to assist potential minority homeowners. Per HUD, it could be considered a violation of the Fair Housing Act.
“Even if Wells Fargo did not violate the law, its practice of dividing Americans based on race is immoral, unethical and un-American,” HUD Secretary Scott Turner wrote. “Wells Fargo and all of its employees that engaged in race-based decision-making should be ashamed of themselves.”
First amendment? It is to laugh!
The U.S. Department of Justice has told five of the nation’s biggest TV-news outlets that it plans to investigate whether a recent decision to suspend pool coverage of President Trump after he denied White House access to CNN, MS NOW and Politico violated antitrust rules, according to people familiar with the matter.
“Members of the television press pool have proudly boycotted covering White House events. Group boycotts among commercial competitors can violate the Sherman Act,” a Justice Department spokesperson told the New York Times in a statement published Saturday evening. “The Antitrust Division is simply investigating to determine whether these news organizations have violated the antitrust laws.”
The Great Pacific Trump Patch should be an easy sell.

At this point I doubt it’s happening. Hegseth went off half-cocked with his usual “logistics and rules of engagement are for sissies, WARRRRRR is when you’re a fucking badass (oh shit I lost)” spell talking to Jack Pizzagate and probably blurted it out completely on his own without consulting anyone, and even Trump seems sour on the idea.

Felon’s flacks fail!
A sprawling Justice Department investigation targeting President Donald Trump’s political foes has collapsed into utter internal chaos, according to insiders.
The DOJ inquiry into a purported grand conspiracy, an expansive probe designed to pursue officials whom Trump considers his enemies, has systematically unraveled following an explosive showdown between department leadership in Washington and prosecutors in South Florida, sources have told The New York Times .
Several of Trump’s best-known foes have been targeted in the dragnet. Former CIA Director John Brennan has been subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida. Former FBI Director James Comey was subpoenaed in the probe in March, while former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper was subpoenaed last year. None of the men have been charged with any crime.
The inquiry’s collapse reached a boiling point on Sept. 11, according to the Times, when lead investigator Joseph diGenova, 81, abruptly quit following a profane telephone confrontation with his boss, Attorney General Todd Blanche.
DiGenova, whom Trump personally brought out of retirement in April to jump-start the case, was ordered to Blanche’s office after the veteran prosecutor lashed out at two Washington attorneys sent to Florida to accelerate the stalled inquiry.
Expecting to be fired, diGenova resigned, dealing a massive blow to the administration’s core vengeance agenda.
The martial law election begins in the Dictatorship of Columbia. (Cross-posted in the Martial Law in America thread.)
The District of Columbia’s Board of Elections formally requested that the National Guard stay away from voting locations after troops were spotted standing in front of a ballot drop box on Thursday.
The elections board confirmed to the Washington Sun it had sent a request to the National Guard, calling on it to “impose limitations on the placement of National Guard service members near drop boxes and other voting locations in the District.” The formal request came after photos emerged on Thursday of several National Guard members standing near a Foggy Bottom ballot drop box. Joint Task Force-District of Columbia, which is coordinating the multi-state military deployment to the capital, confirmed it is aware of the incident.
The Washington Sun first reported on the board’s request. The Council of the District of Columbia, the legislature for the district, said on social media that the presence of troops near the box “is clearly not acceptable.”

A JTF-DC spokesperson told Task & Purpose that the task force is “aware of imagery circulating online of service members standing near a ballot drop box” and working to address it.
“Maintaining public trust is a top priority, and JTF-DC service members are directed not to monitor or secure polling locations,” the spokesperson said in a statement to Task & Purpose. “JTF-DC is actively addressing this specific instance and remains fully committed to conducting its missions professionally, lawfully, and with respect for the public’s constitutional rights.”
I notice there was nothing said about the irony of that last comment.
