Trump appears to have taken to wearing cheap Asian-made suits that are advertised as having “maximum stretch” and absorbing body odor.
Not that I’m suspicious of everything I see on the internet or anything, but that’s an odd and convenient pose. Are you sure the photo, and thus the information, is authentic?

It’s from Getty Images and was taken in Nebraska on Monday.
The tags on Trump’s suit bear some resemblance to the Traveler collection of suit separates from Jos. A. Bank. The big and tall variant in black is currently on sale for $279. Advertised as wrinkle- and stain-resistant, it would be a good choice for a trip across the country.

The felon’s lost in yet another court–election related.
NEW YORK, Oct 9 (Reuters) - A US judge ruled on Friday that the Justice Department’s push to obtain state voter rolls and check them against a federal immigration database to demand that states remove voters it deemed ineligible was unlawful.
US District Judge Sparkle Sooknanan’s decision marked the latest setback for President Donald Trump’s push to expand federal control over election administration ahead of the November 3 midterms, with his Republican Party battling to hold majorities in both houses of Congress.
In a 78-page decision siding with a challenge to the Justice Department’s practice brought by watchdog group Common Cause, Sooknanan wrote that the Justice Department had downplayed the risk that its practice would wrongfully disenfranchise eligible US citizens despite evidence that the immigration database, known as SAVE, could be inaccurate.
“The challenged policy represents the federal government’s attempt to decide who gets to vote. But Congress has left that authority where our Constitution has always placed it: with the states,” wrote Sooknanan, who is based in Washington and was appointed by Democratic President Joe Biden.
Ming Cheung, a lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union who represented the plaintiffs, said in a statement, “Today’s ruling makes clear that the administration cannot use the federal government to disrupt elections.”
Here’s what the felon has done with the prestige of the office. AKA “Only the finest people”.
Several people involved with Trump-endorsed Rep. Mike Collins’ Senate campaign have ties to a group founded by a former Ku Klux Klan leader, the Daily Beast has learned.
At least two of Collins’ campaign-appointed leaders, Joshua Mote and Michael Boggus, have ties to American Patriots USA, a far-right group founded by Chester Doles, a former Ku Klux Klan and neo-Nazi National Alliance leader.
Doles has touted being a fifth-generation member of the Ku Klux Klan, and was jailed after he was convicted of beating a Black man in Maryland in 1993. And despite recent claims that he has left white surpremacy behind, the hate group leader has still been front and center at events featuring white supremacists, including the deadly “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville in 2017.
Boggus, a convoy captain who represented Banks County, served as “state director” of APUSA, which is classified as a white nationalist hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center . He campaigned with Doles in a 2020 bid for Congress, and has defended the former KKK leader’s racist past.
The felon just lost another battle in his war on migrants.
A federal judge has determined that Donald Trump’s administration illegally expelled thousands of people seeking asylum on the southern side of the U.S. Mexico border, vindicating asylum seekers and others who were denied refuge under the so-called “Remain in Mexico” plan that kept them in harm’s way.
The federal government violated immigrants’ rights to apply for protection and access legal counsel and a fair court hearing while denying immigration attorneys meaningful access to represent them, according to the ruling.
“Today is an important day for those of us who were in [Remain in Mexico],” the lead plaintiff in the case said in a statement. “We went through horrible, heavy things, and it means a lot to finally have this recognition that what the United States government did to us was illegal.”
And another immigration case loss for the Second Felonial Era.
A federal judge officially ruled that a woman who was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents while attending an interview for a green card in the United States must be released from custody.
According to a release order signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt of the Southern District of Indiana, Armelle Bondonga , a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo, was released and reunited with her family, WHAS11 reported. The outlet also shared a video of Bondonga thanking her community.
Bondonga, 22, came to the U.S. in 2013 at age 8 on a tourist visa that expired the following year. However, she remained in the country after her visa expired. Since that time, a GoFundMe page started by her family noted that she graduated from high school and earned her associate’s degree. She has since met and married Terrance Bradshaw , a U.S. citizen, with whom she shares an 18-month-old child.
In November 2025, an immigration judge ordered her to be deported to the Democratic Republic of Congo, a decision she and her husband appealed. When she reported to ICE for an interview about that appeal in August 2026, she was detained and remained in custody until the release order.
The judge’s order stated that “the government has not held up its end of the standard by responding with evidence that removal in the reasonably foreseeable future is significantly likely.”
Socialism is girl’s sports. Who knew?
JD Vance was speaking about his work to reduce fraud and abuse when someone asked him to define socialism and explain why socialist candidates keep emerging across the country. He opened by calling it “a hard term to define these days,” adding that “classically, you would think socialism is about prioritizing workers.” Then Donald Trump’s VP changed course. He predicted that self-described socialists would “howl about this announcement today,” which he said puts American workers ahead of foreign ones. “I don’t know what the term means anymore,” he said, before offering his own take.
“I think in reality what it actually means in the American context is that you want to replace American workers with foreign workers and you want boys to play in girls’ sports,” Vance said.
He fantasizes a little too much about males in female clothing.
Remember the accusations against Dr. Fauci? You’ll enjoy this tidbit about Killer Kennedy.
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has reportedly overseen nearly $800,000 in federal funding for a U.S. research project involving a Russian laboratory with ties to the Siberian facility at the center of a suspected plague outbreak.
According to a new investigation by animal testing watchdog White Coat Waste (WCW), the National Institutes of Health awarded $779,689 to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2025 and 2026 for research conducted in partnership with Russia’s state-run Institute of Cytology and Genetics.
Federal records obtained by the group and reported on Wednesday show that the project received $389,943 in July 2025 and another $389,746 in September 2026.
The Russian institute has previously worked on plague research alongside the Irkutsk Anti-Plague Research Institute, where a scientist recently died under circumstances that have raised major concerns .
For someone who loses so often, one would think the felon is used to it.
Oct 9 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump asked the US Supreme Court on Friday to revive his dismissed lawsuit against his 2016 Democratic rival Hillary Clinton accusing her of conspiring along with former FBI Director James Comey and others to rig that year’s election by linking his campaign to Russia.
The Republican president filed his appeal after a federal judge threw out the case and imposed nearly $1 million in sanctions against Trump and one of his lawyers for bringing a “frivolous” suit. A US appeals court subsequently upheld the dismissal and sanctions.
Supervlad to the rescue of the felon!
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said he has struck a deal to obtain diesel from Russia, a stunning reversal of years of U.S. pressure on Moscow over its war with Ukraine and an attempt to address high fuel prices ahead of the U.S. midterm elections.
Trump said on social media on Friday that he struck the deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin in a phone call in which he was expected to discuss a suspected case of plague in Russia. Instead, Trump announced that Russia will immediately supply more than 300,000 tons of diesel, followed by an additional 500,000 tons in November and 1 million tons “immediately thereafter.” Russia will deliver an additional 3 million tons “within a short period of time” after that, he wrote.
Trump’s shocking announcement was in stark contrast to a sweeping Russia sanctions law he signed last month that aimed at clamping down on the oil and gas revenues that fuel Russia’s war against Ukraine.
There’s no need to fear! Supervlad is here!
When criminals in the Oval appear
And break the laws that they should fear
And frighten all who see or hear
The cry goes up both far and near
For Supervlad! Supervlad! Supervlad! Supervlad!

My offering might be more suitable for the Schadenfreude thread, but give @Smapti 's above post, maybe it belongs here:
To complete the headline, “… His quest for it is now the butt of a joke.” From the item:
And then Trump in February launched a war against Iran, based on inconsistent and highly suspect claims , that has much of the world crying foul. The war, which has now stretched more than seven months, almost certainly eliminated any hope Trump had of winning a Nobel.
That’s really the story here: Trump looking for his Nobel in all the wrong places — and constantly shooting himself in the foot in the process.
If the president wanted a Nobel prize, it might have behooved him to try and hue [sic ] a more closely to international law and not kill people who aren’t part of an armed conflict on the high seas. He might also not want to spend time cracking down on the opposition within the US while threatening and launching foreign invasions.
Hey, that’s where I bought my suits, when I was still buying suits! I wonder if he uses the “buy one, get three” sales (or something else similar). I heard a comic once ask, how desperate for a suit would you have to be to buy a single one, rather than wait ten minutes for one of Jos. A Bank’s BOG3 sales?
Listen folks, it’s not tan, which is the important thing.

My thinking is that his tailored suits won’t fit now that he’s wearing that exoskeleton that makes his ass stick out like a centaur, and his vanity refuses to allow a tailor to measure him with it on, so they’re just buying him cheap stretchy off the rack suits now
