I’m guessing not, though neither could I. All the female MAGA specimens are pretty much interchangable.

Nerobefehl Nation
My fears for the next two years
I’m guessing not, though neither could I. All the female MAGA specimens are pretty much interchangable.
I guess he could if the lineup were facing away from him. He claims to be pretty good at discerning pieces of ass.
“We want them to talk about diversitay, as I say. One of theszeeumsm – diversitay, very elegant person”
This one made me just laugh and laugh. Hey, Obama never made me laugh so hard and long (not even his wonderful Correspondents Dinner monologues), so I’ll give Trump that much!
During the campaign I saw a guy proudly wearing an I’m voting for the felon tee shirt.
The problem is the rest of us are getting what they voted for.
But also, why would you believe his words? It’s also possible he knows very well who she is and is trying to minimize the connection.
Not that anyone ever thought he did, but he obviously never changed any of his kid’s diapers.
Not that anyone ever thought he did, but he obviously never changed any of his kid’s diapers.
Can’t say that I ever heard that expression. I have heard “soft as a baby’s bottom”, which is understandable.
I think Trump’s just misremembering, because too many people have changed too many diapers to associate “clean” with a baby’s bottom.
He’s never changed a diaper nor is there any expression about how clean a baby’s ass is.
These last few posts already represent hundreds of times the amount of thought than went into what he said. He spews his thoughts forth in a stream of what passes for consciousness, which his cultist followers absorb like they come from Faulkner when it’s closer to the loud, brash braying of a mentally deficient carnival barker (which is still unfair to the barker)
Paul Krugman today.

My fears for the next two years
By the middle of March 1945 even Adolf Hitler knew that the war was lost. Soviet forces were within 45 miles of Berlin. American forces had crossed the Rhine and were well on their way to encircling the remaining German defenders. But Hitler didn’t believe that he had failed. He believed that he had been failed by the German people.
So on March 19 he issued the “Decree concerning demolitions in the Reich territory,” which has come to be known as the Nerobefehl or Nero decree. It ordered the destruction of Germany’s own infrastructure — supposedly to deny that infrastructure to the Allies, but the obvious purpose was to punish his own country.
Fortunately, Albert Speer and other Nazi officials didn’t carry out the order, although they apparently didn’t tell Hitler what was (not) happening.
Why am I recounting this history? Obviously because I’m thinking about what will happen after the midterms.
…
If there is a Blue Wave, Washington DC will bear the punishment. And any place else he believes he has jurisdiction over, which basically means all government institutions, structures, parks, etc. Burn it all down.
Engaged to his son for four years, yet he had to guess if they dated.
This is not a person with a functioning brain.
To be fair, he also does not, and seemingly has never, given two shits about don jr. He didn’t even attend his son’s recent wedding, despite finding plenty of time during the ongoing Iran war to golf and attend UFC fights. “Uhh, sorry son, too busy, ummm, presidenting”. “That’s ok dad, I understand. I’m going to be just like you dad, you know I’m going to be like you”.
And the cat’s in the cradle with a silver spoon…
I think Trump’s just misremembering, because too many people have changed too many diapers to associate “clean” with a baby’s bottom.
Or maybe he’s comparing it to when his diaper’s being changed. He’s not a newborn baby; he’s an 80-year-old baby.
The barbarians are now considering not livestreaming the barbarism.
Trump administration officials are leaning against livestreaming the execution of the ex-Army major convicted of the killing of 13 people at Fort Hood in 2009, sources familiar with the discussions said. Last week, the Pentagon had said that the public would be able to view the execution live.
President Trump had not yet made a final decision on Tuesday, two of the sources told CBS News.
White House and Pentagon spokespeople didn’t immediately comment.
There has been pressure from Congress and elsewhere not to livestream Nidal Hasan’s execution by firing squad, which is scheduled to take place on Dec. 3.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said last Thursday in an interview with Real America’s Voice that the Pentagon planned to make the execution public.
“He’s going to get a firing squad of soldiers, as it should be,” Hegseth said. “We’ll make sure that people are able to watch it, that it’s public — because people need to understand that there’s serious consequences for these types of things.”
CNN reported earlier Tuesday that Mr. Trump and his advisers were debating whether to air the firing squad execution live, and that Mr. Trump had remarked privately that he didn’t initially know Hasan was paralyzed from the waist down.
Several top Republicans in recent days expressed opposition to livestreaming Hasan’s execution, and Vice President JD Vance said that if it were broadcast live, “I’m not going to be watching it.”
As the president departed for a campaign rally in Alaska on Tuesday, a reporter asked him whether he’s decided to allow the execution to be livestreamed. “We’re looking at it,” Mr. Trump replied.
The Justice Department, in an apparent escalation of a long-running investigation involving the immigration history of Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., has issued subpoenas to members of her family, The New York Times reported Tuesday, as the congresswoman accuses the Trump administration of political retribution for her outspoken criticism of the president.
The subpoenas mark a new development in a probe that has drawn scrutiny after federal agents searched Omar’s Washington-area home Monday, an action she condemned as an attempt to intimidate political opponents and weaponize federal law enforcement.
“For ten years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns,” Omar wrote on social media Monday. “This is just the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced.”
Oct. 14 (UPI) – A bipartisan government watchdog has filed a Hatch Act complaint against the Trump administration alleging that the federal law enforcement raid on Rep. Ilhan Omar’s residence this week was intended to influence the outcome of November’s midterm elections.
Agents with Homeland Security Investigations conducted a pre-dawn raid of the Minnesota Democrat’s home on Monday as part of a criminal investigation, reportedly stemming from paperwork her late father filed when they immigrated to the United States decades ago when she was 12 years old.
Critics and Democrats swiftly condemned the raid as further evidence of President Donald Trumps’ weaponization of executive power to target his perceived opponents and asserted that its timing violated Justice Department policies and norms because it was conducted just days before early voting begins in Minnesota for the Nov. 3 midterm election, in which Omar is a candidate.
Thanks to the felon, Greenland will no longer be green.
US President Donald Trump said Wednesday that oil, gas and mineral exploration was preparing to begin in Greenland, and hailed the Arctic island’s position for US and European security.
Washington signed a security deal with the leaders of Greenland and Denmark after Trump threatened to take Copenhagen’s strategically important Arctic Circle territory by force.
Greenland, which lies on the shortest route for missiles between Russia and the United States, represents a highly strategic location for Trump’s desired “Golden Dome” defense shield.
It also has untapped rare earth deposits and could be a critical player as melting polar ice opens up new shipping routes.
“Massive Oil, Gas, and Mineral Exploration is getting ready to begin in our new and beautiful Greenland!” Trump said in a post on Truth Social.
Greenland’s government pushed back against President Donald Trump’s claim on Wednesday that “massive oil, gas and mineral exploitation is getting ready to begin” in the Arctic territory.
While Greenland’s deputy mining minister Jørgen Hammeken-Holm acknowledged that “there are activities by US companies,” he told CNN that “we are very far away from ‘massive’ exploration.”
“There are many smaller explorations underway but these could take years to become operational,” he added, echoing researchers who have pointed out the difficulties and enormous expense involved in extracting resources from Greenland.
That war in Ukraine? Yep, Russia’s hitting American businesses there.
As President Donald Trump and his administration have ratcheted up pressure on Ukraine to stop striking Russian refineries, citing harm to American consumers, they have remained silent on recent Russian strikes on US businesses in Ukraine.
Russia has escalated its attacks on facilities tied to American corporations – and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine writ large – over the past several months.
According to Andy Hunder, the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, Russian missiles and drones have damaged facilities belonging to some of America’s most notable brands, including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, McDonalds and Oreo.
Although Russia has tried to deter successful American business in the past, it’s “nothing we’ve seen like over the last months,” Hunder told CNN.
“This is a direct hit with drones and missiles, and they keep hitting them. It’s sending a message that they’re targeting American business. We’re not seeing any response from the White House,” he said.
“We need this to stop because these are American interests, American money, American investors that are being hit and are being targeted,” he said.
and for someone with sense (as well as being prepared to be doused in ketchup) to whisper in Donald’s ear that another 9/11 might result from this livestreamed bad idea.
Well, if he’s playing 5-dimentional chess, then that’s a good thing. It gives him an excuse for suspending the elections.
That was a staple in Colbert’s opening monologue. “Do you like me now, Dad?”
Yeah, but that was spoofing Eric, not DJTJ.
D’oh!
I miss that guy.
Mr. Trump had remarked privately that he didn’t initially know Hasan was paralyzed from the waist down.
So are they going to shoot at him while sitting on a chair (perhaps an electrical one, to keep the theme coherent?) or are they planing to tie him to a post, so that he looks like standing upright while his legs are dangling in the air? Is it still a proper shooting if he does not fall to the ground? Are they going to cut the ropes really quickly so he falls and bites the dust as he deserves?
Are they going to torture him before the shooting? Just a little bit? Will they taser him after the shooting, to see if he still moves, like the frogs in school? If he still moves, will they shoot again? Or will they first revive him and treat him in hospital, then shoot him again?
How dare you know the current US so well.

“Cog-native”
Trump: "It's called a coganative [sic] test. It's a very standard test, but very tough. There are few people in this audience that can -- once you get past the first question. They show you a lion, a bear, a giraffe, and a snake and they say, 'Which...
Forgetting what state he’s going to next
Trump can't remember where his rally later tonight is: "We're going to an .... incredible place" (it's in Montana)
I have the most doctors
Trump: "I'm the only one that took the test -- the aptitude test or whatever. Every time I do a physical, I do a mental test. And I aced it. Where's my doctor? I travel w/ more doctors than any human being. If people get sick in the audience, they...
You know how it is when your kid goes to school and disappears for three days, right?
Trump: "They want to cut your children. It's unbelievable what they do. Your son leaves as Jimmy and comes home in three days as Janet, and they don't even ask you. They can take your child out of school and do whatever the hell they want. Minnesota...
There are exactly three occupations in Nevada
Trump on Nevada: "Everybody is a waiter, waitress, or caddy"
You what now?
Trump's brain is busted: "You couldn't vote. They wouldn't let you vote. And they grabbed her and they said 'you'll vote over here,' and they took her to a Democrat area. She voted. She came back. You couldn't vote. They came back late in the night."
…and he’s got big balls, and she’s got big balls, but we’ve got the biggest balls of them all!
Trump is now talking about "big dirty balls"
Go to jail and be shot for the rest of your life
Trump: "Somebody leaked. Some sleazebag. They ought to go to jail or be shot."
$6 gas is good, actually
Trump: "Our country is making more money than it has ever made because of the fact that oil is so high"
He actually thinks he owns Greenland now
Trump says Greenland "was owned by Denmark" but now "adds to our beautiful plate. Our plate is getting larger all the time. How about Venezuela?"
Ranked choice voting is when there’s test tubes
Trump: "I just left Alaska where we have a real bad thing. They have the ranked choice voting, where you go into I guess some sort of test tube or something and they pick whoever they hell they want."
Sure, but he’s also a huge bullshitter. So it’s really hard to determine when he’s actually lying, versus when he’s just bullshitting. That’s a large part of many people’s problems- he says some sort of bullshit, and people take it deadly seriously. Or he deliberately lies, and people assume he’s bullshitting.
I mean, I have a buddy who’s a big bullshitter as well, but he’s not a liar, if that makes sense. He mostly just bullshits when he’s telling stories, because embellishing and making stuff up makes for a better story. But if it’s something that’s actually important, he’s as trustworthy as they come.
It’s that combination of being both a huge inveterate liar and a huge bullshitter that makes Trump look so wild.
