I saw a figure that there are only about 48 million total non-native-born USians, which includes undocumented people, immigrants with legal status, AND naturalized citizens.
100 million deportations would mean deporting every single immigrant AND over 50 million people who are US citizens by birth. To say nothing of the economic impact that removing a third of the population would have.

Atrocities and illegalities aside, watching Whitey freak out because the US is on a trajectory where they’ll be the minority does provide some comic relief. Ditto Christians, though that may take longer. Their bigotry has always been present but now it feels like desperation. I really wish I could implant something in their heads so they would move on from the denial stage to acceptance. It’s inevitable, and they just look moronic trying to fight it. While I’m at it, I wish I could impress upon Deranged J Trump how truly hated he is, and that his legacy will be one of derision and mockery. He’s going to hold the “Worst President in History” award for centuries to come.

- The name is suspect (not western European enough)
- The place of birth is suspect (not in one of the 50 states or Washington DC, and that means Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands will ping their
bigotryscrutiny. - The place of birth of parents listed on the application is suspect (see just above)
- The other items on this list just might be little different than those used by immigration officers in Australia during the White Australia policy years.
It’s already hard enough to get the thing renewed, let alone get an initial issue. And, of course, one of the documents used to prove identity is the driver’s* license. The cost of the passport is not exactly pocket change either. An initial issue is $165; a renewal is $130; and then there are fees for expedited service.
I’m still peeved over the ringer I had to go through to renew my Georgia license back in 2020. I had to renew in person because the thing wasn’t a Real ID. The requirements to get a Real ID were to show two identifying documents. The ones I showed to get the non-compliant driver’s license were my military retiree identification card and my passport. Guess what two documents I had to show to get my Real ID compliant driver’s license.
With the felon’s war on mail-in voting, don’t be surprised if mail-in passport applications become a thing of the past. That means appearing person with current and acceptable identifying documents. The DL is already difficult to get for certain demographics given the closure of DMV or the equivalent offices in many (republican run) states.
*I spent so long in California, I still can’t shake the feeling “driver’s license” is incorrect. California calls the thing a driver license.
My tinfoil hat side wonders if this is a scheme to force women out of the workplace and back into the home so all those whining young MAGA guys complaining they can’t find jobs will be able to take those jobs. Woman isn’t married? The slut will have to find a husband pronto, won’t she?

So… in addition to those born elsewhere strip the citizenship of everyone with two immigrant parents. If that’s still not enough strip the citizenship of anyone with just one immigrant parent.
As I’ve been saying - everyone is on The List. The only question is where on the list you are.
One of the marks of a totalitarian regime is that everybody can be charged at any moment of doing something illegal. The two easiest ways to accomplish this are: make something that everybody does or has to do illegal, and issue conflicting laws, making something and the opposite illegal. You don’t have to press charges on everyone, but you can anytime it suits you, and people know.
Another possibility is to make up charges. Lying is one of the few things this administration, and I use the term loosely, is good at.
There are more ways and indicators of totalitarianism, but those are the easy ones.
