JBDivmstr, it seems you’re still checking into this thread, so here goes: there was a famous woman who once said “Before I leave the house, I look in the mirror, and remove one accessory.” You’re still filling your posts with bolding and underlining and quotation marks around the board, and I feel like I’m reading a mommy blog or something. So before you post, I suggest you re-read what you’ve written, and remove one or two or all of the emphasis points. For my sanity. Possibly that of others too.
Eh, honestly the only thing that bugs me in the last post is the extraneous comma.

Granted, after it was pointed out to me, I realized that I was a little* free *with the quotation marks. :smack:
As far as the bolding and underlining are concerned, how the hell else am I supposed to emphasize a word?! 
I try to type like I speak. (Which can be quite animated, at times :D)
And IMHO, to do so necessitates some way in which to emphasize different words, or even entire phrases.
At least I make an effort to spell correctly, and use proper grammar , which is more than I can say for some. :dubious:

That thread was … weird. Susanann usually seems to be quite a bit of a gun nut and has repeatedly suggested a shoot-first-ask-questions-later approach to dealing with humans that seem even slightly threatening. But suddenly she’s totally against the idea of using a firearm for the very legitimate purpose of removing feral animals who are killing livestock. Strange.
But at least she did get a moderator warning, which is more than I can say for any other thread I’ve seen her make crazy posts in. She seems to be able to fly under the radar most of the time.
Also, in that thread we learn that curlcoat is apparently armed and dangerous, which scares me a little.
Well, it looks like she hasn’t posted since then. Maybe she finally got tired of being called out on her bullshit and packed up her toys and left the sandbox. We can only hope.

I have only rarely, if ever, participated in a Pit thread about an individual poster. I won’t make it a habit, but I’ll make an exception for our absent guest of honor. I agree with those who think she may have an actual mental health issue. That said, she does challenge my ability to be polite when she posts nonsense.
She’s done much funnier things, but I’ll forever hold in my heart my thread where I asked the board if it was safe to go to Mexico right then (around Easter, when there was a lot of violence) and she made a special stop in to tell me “If you go to Mexico, then you deserve whatever happens to you.” I assume that also goes for those who are stupid enough to be Mexicans.
By the way, I just got back and we had a fabulous time. Felt perfectly safe at all times, and we rode the Mexico City subway at night and everything.
And, apparently, you deserved it.
