I’m up stupid early again - it’s impossible to ignore a pug who wants to pee and eat (not at the same time, but you know…) I’m letting **FCD **sleep in as long as he wants - poor guy is exhausted after this week with his dad and he’ll barely have time to recover before doing it (and more) again. Maybe I’ll crawl back in bed with him after the idiot dog settles down. Maybe.
The only thing that I intend to do for certain today is buy some milk. Beyond that, the day is wide open. I could prepare for the invasion of the Mumpers next weekend, because I just know you’re all going to show up.

Today I shall deheathenate all mornin’ long. Ima be a Lutheran at nine o’clock cause I said I’d be Lector (the readin’ kind) for that service. Since the reception/ramped up coffee hour will be after the 10:45 service I might as well hang around for that as well. OYKW says he’ll show up for the 10:45 service since he does not want to sit through two services. I am takin’ the cheese thangs with me when I go just so there will be some. I have a feelin’ quite a few would disappear if they are left with somebody who shall remain nameless.
Now I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy demands sustenance. At some point purtification for deheathenization must also commence.

Re-sleep was successful up till about 8. We went to breakfast, ran by the credit union, then got the milk. A successful morning.

I’m up and have made a boiled egg and had toast and apricot/orange marmalade (yum). Also made reservations to go visit my Mom for her birthday.

I was away because of the malware warnings. Now I am ignoring them.
It’s a cool beautiful sunny day. I am up and dressed and actually feeling better. I’ve been forcing myself to eat even though I don’t want to.
Mom and her bf are supposed to be here sometime today for pizza, cake and ice cream. I’m going to see if we can switch it to Chinese takeout, cake and ice cream.
I’m going to grab a piece of Sah-sons cake in a little bit.
Go to irk some today.
Other than that not much else going on.
Don’t worry about buying any milk for me FCM, I’m lactose intolerant. However, if you want your house cleared of guests quickly you could feed me a big bowl of ice cream.

Blurf. Was supposed to be headin’ off camping today, but am clearly not. Had irk last night, and didn’t wind up going to bed til 3 ay emm, so didn’t wake up til after 1. A bit late to done the day’s chores and still get to the site, over 5 hours drive away, in the light, so I shall away tomorrow.
It’s still hot here, and windy, so I think I shall have to go sort out some of my plants before going, or I shall come back to crispy stems. I have some booze to bottle as well.

I’ve done the underglaze on 2 monster jars. Taking a break because I really hate that part. I’m not artistical enough to do it well. Plus my work stool is really uncomfortable and my butt needed a break.
Higgs has been bathed and **FCD **is prepping a bunch of pieces for paint - he’s doing 3 helmets and a spare fender as demo pieces for when he shows his bike. Mostly he’s sanding because the paint won’t be delivered till later this week. So the basement is dusty. I have to keep the door shut while I work on my glazes. We must suffer for our art.
