The WoW "Burning Dog Legion" (Cairne/Horde) 10-man Raid List.

I’ll be packing for a trip, and to be honest am more interested in playing with my lowbie druid than re-running ICC with what gaming time I have available.

I should be there to help out if need be. (Maybe y’all can carry my newbie Mage? :D) I just don’t really have an interest in collecting Justice Points on Nahren, but if you wind up short I’m available.

The only bottleneck is tanks, we’ll need two of Shin Kell/Muzungu/Ghastliar/Amarynth/Darland to even try it I guess.

I’m tempted to roll a troll druid (like the rest of the universe) to see the new starting areas, but I’d feel bad abandoning him in a week for my Goblin shammy so I’ll just wait I guess. I don’t really want to try to level four toons at a time (two from 80 and two from 1).

I’m still kind of wavering between retiring Nahren to alt status and pushing him into a tank position at 85, since we could certainly use more of them. I dunno yet. So many options.

Wow, so many new members!

  • (The player formerly known as) Bipp waves hello *

My Disc Priest hit level 75 yesterday (by ‘discovering’ Orgrimmar :)), so hopefully I’ll be ready to join the ranks pretty soon.

I recall from some months ago that the guild as a whole was rather flush with healers…is there room for another Raid Healer, or should I dual-spec to Shadow, now that it’s affordable?

Waves back

Hiya Bipp! I was just thinking about you the other day. You’re still on the guild roster as far as I know. If you ever itch to play WoW again, pop in! You wouldn’t recognize the place now.

Great!

Grats SP! In terms of raiding/instancing, we’re not really overcrowded in any role, but we do usually have heals covered (at least on Monday nights). We usually have room for dps, escpecially ranged. I don’t suppose your priest can tank though?

After next week, we’ll probably not be raiding for a while while everyone levels up to 85. However I’m sure we’ll be doing a lot of guild 5-man runs in the meantime, and not just on Mondays. So any role will be in demand, but especially tanks and heals.

Last night the BDL ran ICC (for maybe the last time, unless we go back next Monday). We only had 9 but that was plenty for the first three bosses. And then we lost a dps, so we 8-manned Saurfang (and got close to the enrage timer, but we made it).

Yep, was great fun. Glad you all could make it through some more without my mad, mad DPS. I hadn’t set foot in the ICC raid before, so I was quite glad to make it on one of the guild runs.

What’s on tonight’s menu?

BG’s?
Another run in ICC?
Another attempt in Ruby Sanctum?
I might be on a little after 7pm tonight PDT…got a kid with a tutoring appointment before I get on.

I’m up for just about anything or nothing. I’d be happy doing ICC (hopefully we could extend our lock from last week), RS (only if we have a full group), BGs, or even just levelling my new Druid.

To be honest, with the Pats-Jets game on, I might not be giving WoW my 100% attention.

Is it just me, or is it fitting that a meaningful Patriots-Jets game is due to be followed by global cataclysm?

I forgot to post this for the launch, but if you’ve created an Ally and want to join the Burning Tongue Brigade, hit me up in game (One of the ‘Birds’ on the horde side). It’s not very active, but still a nice place to hang

I also have a character in the Ally-side guild who should be able to invite you; I’ve been running my Goblin (Shortstockin) and my DK (Muzungu) for the most part since the expansion, and might be on Rumpole or Awsm in the near future.

For people subscribed to this thread or whatever, I started a new thread here. We can keep using this one if we want to out of inertia, but I thought it might be easier to use a new one with a new expansion since the raidlist and such will be different, at least for a few months, what with schedule changes due to the new season, people having different leveling rates, and other miscellaneous things.

I’ll go ahead and close this due to the transition to the new thread; any objections, let me know and I’ll reopen.
