David Simmons is a WWII vet, so he should be in his 70s or 80s by now. The youngest Doper that I am aware of is Bomb Bay Doors, the First Doper Baby[supTM[/sup], who was registered by special permission.
At 61 I’m younger than David Simmons but I think I’m still the oldest female doper.

The youngest registered member is Bomb Bay Doors, who was registered at the ripe old age of a month or so. His account has been suspended, pending literacy and attaining the age of 13. Only 11 years to go!
