There's no more home, an MMP

Bert’s made breakfast. I think **FCD **is going to put up the quarter round trim today. I just want to be a bum. We’ll see what happens…

Howdy Y’all! Home from deheathenization. I gotta say, sometimes it’s nice to go to an early service. I’m at da cave in sweatpants and a tshirt and in chill mode. Beef veggie soup and grilled cheese sammiches shall be N.O.L. today. Yum!

Last night I saw a McGill group perform “West Side Story.” I went with a bunch of friends. It was great!

Thanks.

Today is a little better. Not going to go back there for awhile. It’s too hard and I can’t see any reason that I need to in spite of what some friends keep insisting.

Working on my student teaching application today and it’s very hard and stressful mostly because I know that my relative success with this document could very well affect the rest of my life.

I’ve got beef stew in the slow cooker and I made hummus. I’ve also gone through four bandaids after cutting my finger while slicing potatoes. Important fact: fabric bandaids will let lemon juice soak through. Ow.

All this talk of soup has inspired me - we’re having bean and ham soup for supper. As soon as **FCD **finishes putting up the trim pieces, I can get it started. Yum!

Good morning family! I am up, purtified as best I can, caffeinating and about to go worship with the Pentecostals. That’s where my parents go, and I have made a vow to myself to attend with them for the remaining time I have with them. Mom is seriously declining . . . and I have to stop talking now or I’ll cry my makeup off.

Back after church and breakfast.

Thanks for the anniversary wishes, everyone.

We had a nice time with our friends’ last night and the dogs had a nice time with their dogs. However, the dogs were well and truly ready to go home by the time we left last night.

Lots to do do today and many chores, some of which I’ve started. Have to pick up MiL later today too to celebrate her birthday. It kind of puts a cramp in what I want to do today, but it’s her birthday and I’m sure she’d like a few hours of freedom from the nursing home. I can’t wait until she’s well enough to go home again.

I’m glad the mini-fest went well; however, there was serious failure on the part of the participants to provide pictures. And no, the drawing doesn’t count. It’s a RULE to provide pics of fests and the rule has been broken. There’ll be serious consequences for this; I don’t know what the consequences will be, but I’ll think of something.

Well, back to chores.

See? Taters agrees with me, too. :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice, lazy afternoon at da cave. Had N.O.L. and a little nappy poo. I have a whole chikin slow roastin’ cause I want some roasted chikin. I have some N.O.T. and baby carrots to dump in with the chikin in a little while. Should make for a good dindin tomorrow night. I also have a broccoli casserole made up and ready to bake which I will take over to the church house tomorrow. It will be baked there Tuesday mornin’ as a part of N.O.L. for the family before the funeral for Miss Mary on Tuesday. I feel productive!

**Sticky **- doesn’t matter who agrees with whom - all you’re going to get is an artist’s rendition… :stuck_out_tongue: I picked the restaurant - it was up to someone else to set up a photographer.

Evenin’

Lazy day today, though I did drag my washing down to the laundrette, which took aaages- I should really remember not to go there sunday afternoons, that’s when the seething hordes are washing every item they own…

I was going to go to a games night wi’ the housemate tonight, but it would involve walking quite a long way through town, and for some reason the mahoosive hail storm and lightning all over the place has put us both off a little. Funny that.

Glad some here are productive, I am teh lazy. Guess some of the dirty hippie rubbed of on me. Really looking forward to my new band’s first practice on Tuesday but I think the bar is my quest for tonight.

Have a great Sunday all, see you next week

Cheers

Jim

well, the four of you will just have to get together again, and this time, tugig, you bring the camera

3/4 of us can get together with ease. So you need to persuade that slacker **Spidey **that he needs to return.

Good for you… there are times I wish I had a time machine so I could go back and kick myself in the ass for not getting this.

And, a BA in Music? Really?

Spidey, go back to Merry-land!

I’m sorry I missed the fun but I am so glad I stayed home.
Fever and chills started last night, headache, cough and sore throat today.
I guess y’all are glad I stayed home too.

I have a music degree. I enjoyed studying music, though I can’t say I’ve done all that much with the degree. Ah well.

who’s doing the MMP for tamarro?
