I am a teen and I first thought a while back this was an all teen board then I realized it wasn’t so then I wanted to get an idea of how many younger people were on the board…I was born in 1987 but I think I am mature in some ways like I was born in 1967.
I’m 25. I’ve been a Doper since I was 19. Hardly the worst influence I could have had as I became an adult.

Hmmm, I thought you were 17 for some reason.
I’ve posted my age on here on more than one occasion, so I’m not going to do it again. I just hope I seem older than I am, because I know I feel like it.
If it’s any consolation, I always feel older than I am.
Judging by responses to this thread, which I can only assume comprise a random sample, I estimate that well in excess of 95% of the members here are under age 25.
You should fit right in.

95%? I hardly think so. Based on my experience here, I’d guess at least 10% are 50 or older.
From those that have posted in this thread, that’s probably true. Younger dopers will probably respond in much higher numbers than their older counterparts because their younger age makes them seem special, whereas being older makes them just like everyone else.
I could be completely wrong, but it makes sense to me.

JimSox5, self-selection is probably a large factor in this thread also; if the OP asks for responses from those 25 and under, the majority of responses will probably be from those 25 and under. (Of course, my guess and a nickel won’t even get one a piece of gum anymore.)
I think I’m still under 25, but the older I get, the more the years all blend together. 
I’m 19, but I’ll be 20 in August . . . which feels entirely too old. 16 year-olds at the grocery store call me “ma’am”. Like a lot of the SDMB young folk, I also look at my peers and see them as incomprehensible lunatics, so go figure.
