DH is one of my “I’m ashamed that I find him smokin’ hot” celebrities. Believe me, I’m not proud of it.

I can’t load the thing for some reason, but I saw a video on the web several years ago of Hasselhoff doing this song. It was pretty silly, but I’m wondering if someone edited it for even more silly goodness.
Judging from everyone else’s comments, it’ sprobably just as well that the first link doesn’t load for me.

Only the first 30 seconds or so of that video have loaded on my dialup connection, and I can already tell how bizarre this thing is going to be. I just know I’m going to love this. I’m half-german and honestly I haven’t run into a lot of references to Hasselhoff (musically) over there(or anywhere for that matter), but if this is a sample of his musical “genre”… it’s a brilliant satire. I can’t possibly believe ANYONE can take THIS seriously.

My Hasselhoff obsession began as a joke when a friend from the other message board I post on made [url=]this for me (don’t you love it? you know you do!). It grew from there, and now I find myself going out of my way to find Hasselhoff-related stuff. And that lunchbox sounds damn cool. I want one!

The song long predates Finding Nemo, and I suspect the Ooga Chaka in the movie was inspired by the original.
That is without question the greatest video I’ve ever seen. I’m in tears (laughing, just in case that’s not clear).

He was in Australia recently and seemed to be pretty cool. Didn’t take himself too seriously and had a bit of fun (though he did seem a bit bewildered when pop singer Ben Lee kissed him after winning a music award.)
