Matt Besser of The Upright Citizens Brigade created a show for Comedy Central
“This Show Will Get You High” debuts Wednesday . . . . at 3:00 AM.
Of the three clips included with the provided link, I love the first one, really like the second one, and am kinda “meh” on the third one.
But, I’m a huge UCB fan and I love Matt Besser. Don’t have TiVo but I might try to be awake for this (I don’t work on Wednesday morning, fortunately).
No responses to the Thread, so maybe there isn’t any interest, but thought I’d mention that the link to the Upright Citizens Brigade page gives the wrong date.
The link says the show is 3am Wednesday October 27th.
The show is on tonight which “feels like” Wednesday night if you haven’t been to bed yet when 3am rolls around, but since it’s after midnight the time should be listed as 3am Thursday October 28th.
I tried to watch it at the real 3am Wednesday October 27th, and I got “Drawn Together” instead.
I loved the Marathon and Lady Gaga skits, the Blow Globe was disturbingly funny.
UCB was a great show, and I’ll definitely be looking to watch this once the episodes make their way to teh intarnetz, since I don’t do television.
