Those Mentally Ill

I’m seeing this google ad at the end of every thread I’ve been posting to! What the hell’s going on?! Is this some kind of twisted joke?! WHO’S DOING THIS ! ! !!

It’s caused by the words appearing on the page. And every time you post, your name appears, which is the Esperanto idiom for “untethered marbles”

These ads show housing for the mentally ill. Just a thought.

I get “Lawyer Jokes” and “Twisted Oriental Handbags.”

But I maybe delusional.

Really? I’m getting “Twisted Sister Layouts.”

I wish they’d leave my sister out of it.

The ad on the bottom of this page, as I’m writing this, says, Mentally ill folks… Don’t hire 'em. Scary."

Actually it says “Hire mentally ill? Here’s what happens. Scary.” When you follow the link, you get a website by a person who identifies as mentally ill and his indictments of the Salvation Army in Alaska.

Mine is a full banner ad that says “Who is watching you?”

Apparently I’m the crazy one. Thanks Google.

Maybe yours says that. I quoted mine verbatim.

All of mine are talking about children… hey!

This may be the only thing I don’t like about having blocked all ads. I don’t get to join in the fun of the Google ads here.

So I’m just going to pretend there’s an ad at the bottom that reads, “MONKEYS 2 FOR $5, FIND OUT HOW”

My ad asks if I like “messing with Sasquatch”…
How do they KNOW?

I was getting mentally ill ads a while ago. They’re really odd. Kind of mean spirited, too.

I got the Sasquatch one, plus “Shop For A Twisted Heart” (which is remarkably prescient)
…and “Guide Dogs For The Blind” WTF?

Down’s Syndrome Dolls here. Kinda creepy.

My error. I’ve only seen the version I quoted.

I’ve bookmarked the site. Gave me giggles. I read this person’s description of life in the system and it’s totally believable.

"Twisted Sister Layouts’ and “Teach Autistic Toddlers” Fuuuun

He’s put together a pretty ambitious site. I haven’t read all of it, but did look up the facility, which appears to have closed the detox unit he’s complaining about.

I got “Dual Disorders Treatment”; “Family Service of King County”, and “Ashley Judd in Esquire”
