Yeah, good morning. **FCD **woke me when he headed to the bathroom, Taz kept me up wanting skritches, then Higgs started whining, so I knew sleeping in today wasn’t an option. The dog has been fed, the cats’ kibble dispenser has been refilled, and I’m going to surf a bit before maybe heading back to bed.
We decided to go to Mom’s tomorrow afternoon and spend the night. That way, we’ll have time to visit and I’ll have time to dig thru the yarn to bring home an additional stash. So today I absolutely have to wash the knitted and crocheted things for AARP, and I’m going to finish the tea towels I stenciled yesterday. Dunno if I’ll do the leaves or no - I just don’t wanna!! We shall see.
So, Happy Saturday! I guess…

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 59 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 86 for the day. Accordin’ to the weather PTB we shall return to more seasonable temps next week and have a bunch of rain. We shall see.

Pretty soon I believe I shall start makin’ up beastloaves and meat balls. Plus start sketti sauce. I promised waffles and snausages for brekkie as well. I’s hongry but it would be mean of me to start now so I shall tough it out for perhaps and hour. Sometimes it’s best to let sleepin’ bears lie. 
Now I need more caffiene. I should also purtify a bit.

I crawled back into bed for another hour, but didn’t sleep much. Higgs finally settled down against my left leg, and after some futzing, Taz crawled under the comforter and arranged himself across my right thigh. Guess he was cold. Add FCD’s snoring, and you can see why I didn’t get much rest.
But we’re up and clean. I’ve got a load of jeans in the washer and another couple of loads on deck. We shall see what the day brings!

I don’t plan on doing much of anything today except a couple of small chores and playing in the studio. Let the games begin!
Real laundry is done and drying. Time to toss the load of afghans and hats in for a quick rinse. Can’t make donations covered in critter hair!
Da bear has been productive. Two beastloafs, and a buncha meatballs have been made. In addition I made brekkie and have skettie sauce simmerin’ away. Plus also, two loads of laundry have been done. Go Me!

Laundry is done and I’m about to fetch the to-be-donated items from the dryer. I fear the clothes on the line will end up in the dryer, too - the sun has yet to appear, dammit. Oh well.

Skettie sauce is done and coolin’ down. Da cave smells like an Eye-talian restaurant.

I need to get busy, I woke up early, then fell back asleep and slept until after 11am. Guess I needed it.

TVCTPMO is overly active today.
3 out of 4 soccer games refereed, with one more to go at 3:30pm. Feeling pretty good, the games were shortened from 50 to 40 minutes since teams are playing 2 games a day, so I can do 4 games without too much suffering.
Just nuked a Frozen Fettuchini Alfredo and added a Pepsi for the caffeine fix, so I should be ready to roll in about an hour back to the field.
He is far to fashion conscious to wear a chef’s hat with pearls.
We’re off today, as we were Friday, and shall be next week!

We just got a severe thunderstorm warning but there is blue sky and puffy white clouds out there, but then the warning is over in 5 minutes

I shall start dindin in a little while. OYKW says he’s startin’ to be a little hongry. I’m not but figure I’ll start to feel hongry in just a little while. Sketties 'n meatballs, green sallit, and cheesey garlic bread are on the menu.

I’ve taken the laundry down - the denim jeans had to go into the dryer, but everything else was dry, so that’s good.
The quiches are in the oven - it’s smelling really yummy in here. I lurves me my quiche recipe. I use swiss instead of Monterrey jack and half-n-half in place of heavy cream, and I chop a yellow onion rather than a green onion. It’s also good with ham in place of the crab, and with mushrooms and/or spinach tossed in. It’s a very versatile recipe.
The rest of the night will mostly be chillage.
The day sure goes fast when you sleep until 11. I can’t believe it’s 5 already. I’m hungry and need some dinner.
