red I’m a-workin’ on my A1C and can’t have any sugar, but the diet nurse says that if I have a meal with carbs, to combine it with fat or protein to spread out the effect, or something like that. The ice cream effect makes sense; it has the fat in it.

If you have a hankerin’ for ice cream that won’t jack up your sugar and tastes delicious, try Kroger house brand NSA ice cream. It’s yummy!

With the cost of herbs at the grocer (most of which end up in the trash), it will likely pay for itself quickly.

When I buy herbs at the grocery (and without a patio [no, I don’t do houseplants], that’s what I have to do if Sis isn’t growing that particular kind), what I don’t use for the recipe, I put on a linen kitchen towel and let them dry for the spice rack.

In other news, I’ve been offered a full time position as a teller with a credit union, for slightly more money than USPS was offering for their part-time Rural Carrier Associate position, plus benefits and raises. I start Monday.

Posting pics here question. What image host do you use? And how easy it is to post links? I’m using Imgur which is almost impossible to figure out. And is it easier to generate the links from a laptop vs a tablet?

I use Flickr. From the desktop, it’s pretty easy using the instructions that I gave to JtC the other day. If you have wherever you’re storing them on another tab and click on the link button on the top of the reply box, it’s easy-peasy.
