Double-Double from In-n-Out, regular hamburger, fries, Diet Coke.
Celanto’s eggplant parmigiana and Fiji water.
It was a fast day (we’re doing the 5+2, which, by the way, is fantastic), I was hungry before I started reading some of these… now I’m ravenous. We had homemade Asian prawn and noodle soup. Dead easy and 200 calories a bowl. It was a first go, and though I liked it, my husband didn’t, sadly, so it may well be the last go too.
Gorton’s fish tenders and Stouffer’s mac and cheese.
Pasta with “left-over-made-up” sauce, which consisted of a few garlic cloves, about a quarter cup of the last of my home made pepper/tomato sauce from this summer, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 a chopped orange pepper, three little marinated baby onions, a spoonful of an olive/pepper tappenade thing, some capers, gorgonzola crumbles, some mozzerella, black pepper, and a pinch of flour. Came out as a very tasty sweet-and-spicy pepper cream sauce. I’m looking forward to finishing it off tomorrow!
Oh wow we ate practically the same thing on the same night. Except I added eggplant.
I ate cold cuts and swiss cheese slices out of the package, with Dos Equis.
Yeah, my GF had already eaten (not that she cooks, I do most of the cooking, but if it’s just for me, fuck it).
I had left over beef stew. A pretty yummy batch, but I missed the rice that I usually have with it. Rice is always the first food to go when I’m watching my weight. And it’s a favorite food for me.
Some of you really know how to eat.
We had this:
Skillet chicken with mushrooms and potatoes. Quite tasty actually. Trader Joe’s flourless cake for dessert and some imported Italian lemon soda from the local grocery store to wash it down.
