…the LOTR has been helped by being linked onto so many other sites. Being a self-confesed geek (!) I’ve seen the thread linked to on many other threads and sites that I visit, from theonering.net, tolkienonline.net, spacebattles.com, etc, and probably many, many more…

Holy shit! I had no idea that thread lived as long as it did. 9 pages! Thats definitely the record for any thread I have started.

Man, I can’t believe the Diplomacy threads top out at 1/3 the #20 spot.

Maybe I’m just there too much.

I think the Diplomacy threads tended to have a higher than average Posts/Views ratio–I guess either you’re interested or you’re not.

Hmm, interesting. I can’t grab the thread using the search engine! I have the URL to the thread itself (a 23 page thread, BTW) but that doesn’t help as far as getting the #Views, does it?
