The guy who does the voice for Bear in the Bear in the Big Blue House just warms me up. He does some other voices as well that I cannot remember at this moment.
Also, the voice of the Dad in Dexter’s Labratory I love too.

Lessee… I thought Darlene from Mickey Mouse Club was cute, even though I was concious of the fact that she was some many times older than I was.
Also, I was a much bigger fan of Sailor Moon than is healthy for anyone. I think this was when I lived in Japan, and couldn’t even understand what they were saying. (I watched DragonBall Z in the same way, I don’t think I suffered much for it 
)
The Pink Ranger was cute when I was 11, and the Pink Ranger is cute when I’m 21. And I mean the original Pink Ranger, not any of the long line of replacement Pink Rangers. Though Kat, the one from Australia, had a nice accent, even if she did opertunistically snipe in on Tommy (The most badass Power Ranger ever, the Green Ranger) the moment he was single again.

Do I get to be the first to mention Sportacus, from Lazy Town? I never mind it when my friend’s 4-year-old wants to watch that show with me.
I remember having the hots for his girlfriend Trixie. I wanted to be Racer X, the older, broad-shouldered loner in the superhero type outfit, but I wanted to have Trixie for a girlfriend.
Pui-Fan Lee is kinda hot when not in Tellytubbies costume. But she’d have to get in line behind Princess Mira Nova, Buzz Lightyear’s Tangean sidekick.
I forgot him. He’s hot. Short, but hot.
And really bendy.
Any of the three girls on that show, for that matter … though I favor Kimee.

And I forgot to mention, Electra Woman and Dyna-girl were my first inkling that there was something interesting about females. I even remember the moment. A villian used a cheap video effect to “Stretch” our heroes. It was the sound of the two of them moaning that lit the fuse.

Speaking of Power Rangers, I submit Austin St. John, aka Red Ranger.
When I was in high school, I used to come home, turn on the TV and wait for the show I wanted to watch to come on. The show that was ending was a locally produced afternoon kiddy show. The station’s call letters were KTRK, and the show had a gal dressed up in a black cat costume whose name was Kitirik. She was hot beyond belief.
At least to my 15 year old libido.
And then there was Gloria Winters on the old Sky King.
His “niece.” Yeah, right.
