Tripolar/Trinopus/Troppus

You all confuse me with your screen names that blur together slowly from one to the next. I’m trying really hard to differentiate the three of you in my mind but it’s all just one “Tr”-blur.

That is all. I guess I should just be glad we also don’t have a Tropponis or something…

Am I the only one who has trouble with this?

You forgot Tripler, our resident bomb disposal expert.

Or is that Tripolar?

Agreed. Likewise with Xozinga and Nzinga, Seated. Zinga, zinga, zinga!

Ugh so it goes tripler to tripolar to trinopus to troppus!

This is all just too much for my feeble brain.

Same here. I’ve given up even trying to distinguish them. It’s the internet, I can do what I want.

One of them has more crazy ideas than the others.

Yeah, it gets confusing.

On the other hand, I only fairly recently realized I’d been confusing Miller and Baker. Apparently because of their names’ thematic relationship.

I too have trouble differentiating their posts. Excerpt for the really intelligent and cool one.

Hey! You know what might help with this sort of thing? Avat— rifle shot

The worst part is that while you 3 may be perfectly different individuals, you just aren’t different enough for me to ever notice. If one of you was more like an adaher or a clothahump or even a billfish, I’d be able to pick you out in a lineup.

Can we get a list of contrasts between your major beliefs please? An essay from each of the 3 of you of no fewer than 500 words should suffice. Thanks!

Am I the only one who rarely notices the names of posters in threads anyway? All you guys are just one big, amorphous blob to me. Well, except for **Colibri **and MeanOldLady.

I have the same problem.

I’m new so I started a notebook to remind me who’s who. I have files on all of you.

I do a quick scan of a name and put it into a bin. Like, all the short, lower-case names are grouped together. As are all the names that sound like actual names (John Mace, Wesley Clarke) and “Z” and “Q” names.

What this means is that if I see a poster and try to recall their posting history, everyone with their “type” of name is pulled in for the mental line-up.

I meant Koxinga. Inga, inga, inga! Makes me want to eat sweet cottony fluff from the bean pods of a Mexican coffee-shade tree with a Swedish woman.

I frequently mistake ralph124c for robert columbia and vice versa.

Look, there is me and olivesmarch4th and you guys.

It’s Trinopus and Troppus that cause the greatest deal of confusion, at least for me.

I mix them up also, I know one of them treats me ok, one of them slams me and one is indifferent but I can never remember which ones they are.
