But here, at least, is a trivia challenge, all of whose questions I can answer off the top of my head. So there.

Crap! #4 is from E.E. Smith’s Triplanetary, and my copy is in storage. Was it something like 90 million on Costigan, and 100 million on Virgil Samms? Something like that. Bounty on their heads, anyway.
