I’m sorry… I will not be able to be there. I’m waiting on my back-to-school funding, and getting paid for some other work, and have had no income this month, so I can’t even afford the trip downtown.

I liked the yoga joke! Then again, a ridiculous number of the women I know are ‘into’ yoga or yoga instructors; some of them even are yoga instructors.

I agree–it was terrific to meet all of you. And RickJay, the yoga joke was fine. There do seem to be an inordinate number of young women who do yoga, or are yoga instructors. I blame Lululemon.
Looking forward to news of any upcoming TronnaDopes. I can usually find an excuse to get back to Toronto. 
And if my coworkers are typical, argue incessantly on the benefits of the various types of yoga. Hot yoga seems popular here.
Yes, I’m sorry I wasn’t able to be there. Let’s definitely do a large-scale TronnaDope sometime during the next few months. If all goes well, I’ll be back to school and have more money (yes, “starving student” is a step up for me right now), and I’ll be in a better location to come downtown.
Sorry guys, I’d have liked to come, but the trip into downtown on a weeknight is a little much for me to handle. I’d love to make a dopefest sometime, though.

I’m new to SDMB and am in town for business. I have a ticket to Friday night’s Blue Jays - Tigers game. Anyone want to meet at the game, or near the stadium?
I’m in Winnipeg this morning, and heading westbound today, so I’m out. Anybody else up for meeting echo7tango and a ball game?

Bon soir, Le Ministre de l’au-delà. I drive from Montreal towards Toronto tomorrow night. I got a hotel near Kawartha Lakes for Thu & Fri nights, because I drive back east on Saturday and also because the movie “Fly Away Home” was filmed nearby and I remember the farm lands in that film being beautiful.
My seat is on the lower deck, 1st base side about 12 rows from the field. If you know a good place to meet in the ballpark where we can meet, maybe at a beer stand near my seat, at the end of the 3rd inning (suggestion), that would be great. Meeting after the game might be too late since I have to drive back to Kawarth Lake which isn’t exactly close to the stadium.
Let me know what you’ll be wearing, so I’ll know what to look for!

Have you any supper plans at present? It looks as though I’ll be free as of about 4, so we could meet up for beverages and/or food before game time. I’m not, as yet, sure about the game itself - I’ll have to see what my wife’s plans are.
If you’re coming from Montréal, it will be a challenge to come up with somewhere in the neighbourhood of the SkyDome with cuisine that won’t embarrass Toronto in your eyes. 
Just wanted to let you folks know that I made it home safely. After reacquainting myself with the 401, 404, 400, and 427 in Toronto; it was a piece of cake to drive Highway 17 in northern Ontario and Highway 1 through Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.
Have a great time at the ball game, gentlemen–something I should have done when I was there. Well, there will be another time!
Had breakfast yesterday in the Hotel Saskatchewan bar with Spoons, as he continued his great cross-Canada drive. He updated me on the TronnaDope before hitting the No 1.
No plans yet, and meeting at 4 would be nice. I’ll PM you my email address and cell phone number, as those will be the only ways I’ll be able to communicate. I am staying in Lindsay, near Peterborough. I hope we can meet up, and if your plans need to change just let me know, and please don’t feel too “obligated” to be there.
